Everyone in the leasing office is super helpful. Maintenance is fantastic and always gets things done in a timely manner. The complex itself is very nice and safe. I love that they host different events as well for everyone to come together. I’ve been living here since 2023. It is worth it!

This is my first apartment, I did my tour on Saturday and I was moved in by Monday! Very quick and easy, the ladies in the office were wonderful and very quick to answer any questions I had. I am on the second floor and have no issues with excessive noise even though my upstairs neighbor has a large dog. Apartment was very clean when I moved in, carpets professionally cleaned and appliances very clean as well. My unit is perfect for a first apartment , may not be super updated and new but has a ton of potential with a little paint and decorating!

I was so happy to call this place home for the last 2 years. I have never had a problem with my neighbors,management or maintenance. Everyone is so on top of there game here. It’s so sad and unfortunate I am moving out of this area because I would of never left. The property is so quiet and well maintained. Ashley your a doll and Collin we only met briefly a few times but your kindness and was unforgettable. Thank you for making this an enjoyable experience!

They charge way too much money for these apartments and the office people lie and try to sell you the dog park and weight room while your apartment is old and haven't been updated since they built the place. Don't waste your time and money with this place... It's a DUMP!????

this is my first apartment, the process of getting it was painless, i felt comfortable asking questions. Maintenance comes fast and ive had no problems with neighbors. I can see myself staying here for a while.

If I could give a zero I would. The office ladies are terrible to work with & honestly you pay way to much for a apartment that is always breaking down. Mold everywhere, especially In the bathroom & bathroom windows. If you wanna pay top dollar for an apartment that always has issues with a bandaid fix. This is the place to be. Truly can’t wait to move out.

I moved here about 3 years ago and I couldn’t be happier. It’s very spacious and reasonably priced. I recently transferred from an apartment to a townhome and they made it a very simple process. I honestly love the staff so much. They are always pleasant and friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. The grounds are very well kept and they are always making improvements around the property. It’s also pet friendly and they have a large dog park. They have monthly events for the residents and a lot of kid friendly activities. I highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a quiet, family oriented place with plenty of amenities.

My family and I moved in last April. During the pandemic, the staff were always following state guidelines and keeping us up-to-date on any changes made. From the beginning, we felt a since of home and acceptance. The amenities, though some not accessible to us per state laws during Covid-19 where all in prestige condition. We had to move in a hurry, so the staff especially my Sunshine Ashley in the office worked quickly and efficiently to make sure we were settled in at the right moment. Any questions or concerns were top priority for everyone. The events planned throughout the calendar year were always safe and fun for the whole community of residents. I would recommend moving in to anyone that is looking for family and pet friendly living.

Hubby and I have lived here for going on 5 years and love it. Love the grounds, love the maintainence people, the staff. The apts are spacious, large kitchens for an apartment. The rates are very reasonable, too.

I highly recommend living at fountain pointe, I have been here for 2 years almost 3 and I have no complaints! The staff is friendly, the new manager is simply amazing! They really give the sense of community here by planning family friendly events & making sure their residents are happy! Maintence is always fast and the apartments are very spacious!

While this complex isn’t one of the newer communities is still quite lovely. It is close to the highway, there are a number of shopping complexes around, it isn’t too noisy, the maintenance workers are very responsive and the managing office, especially Ashley, is super friendly, responsive and patient. Parking is easy to find and the apartments are fairly spacious.

Don't waste your time. No loyalty whatsoever since the new management company took over. They throw in upgraded amenities for the community like a dog run and new gym equipment (which you pay a fee to use), but then leave trashy old appliances and out of date heat/air conditioning units that drive your electric bill through the roof. No insulation in the walls or ceilings and outdated windows so you will be roasted in the summer and freezing in the winter. Then they jack your rent up $100 ea lease for the same old, crummy, outdated apartment that just got a year older. Maintenance staff like to look in windows and spy on residents so if you have a sub floor apartment you better keep your blinds closed. Or just save yourself all the hassle and extra expense and go try ANY of the other affordable options in Grand Blanc.

Hubby and I have lived her just over 2 years and SO appreciate all the benefits we have here. All the staff are very friendly and kind. Anything that comes up that needs fixed, though rare, they are right on it. The new owners have done a great job of updating some things, adding on a large dog run and children's playscape area, along with events. The apartments are spacious, larger than most apartments, especially for the rental price. The beautiful grounds are kept up well, with snow and ice removal done relatively quick and thorough. The pond area is peaceful and restful and landscaping beautiful. We are very pleased and grateful to be able to live here.

I have lived here for almost 6 years and I love it!! I have a third floor apt with a car port and my rent rate is very reasonable for the location and the area. The staff is always very nice and quick to take care of any issues I have. Adam the maintenance man is great, he is very personable and is in and out of your apt quick! I would definitely recommend this complex!

I love where I live! I moved out of my parents' home about 2 months ago and me and my best friend could not be happier with our place! The entire complex is very well maintained and the staff here is so helpful and nice. It's only a few miles away from downtown and very close to both work and my college. It was definitely a great place to move to for my first apartment, and they made the transition to living on my own go smoothly. All of my neighbors are such sweet hearts.
My family and I have lived MANY places in Genesee county, most of them being in the Grand Blanc area. We moved here from Davison in April and we couldn't be happier! We live in a two bedroom townhome, and it is the best (and biggest!) place we have ever lived. The kids love all of the space, the finished basement is a man cave that my husband adores and our gigantic bedroom can hold our king sized bed with plenty of room to spare! The two family rooms is another bonus of this already amazing house. My husband recently got a new job, and the commute is awful so unfortunately we'll have to move when our lease is up and I can honestly say this will be the first move that none of us will be excited about. If I could pick up this house and move it with us, I would in a heartbeat. The office staff is amazing and has solved any issue we've ever had promptly and without question. The grounds are kept up amazingly and my kids and I love our daily stroll around the neighborhood. The area where we live is super quiet and I never hear my neighbors. Ever. This has been such an amazing place to call home. You definitely won't regret living here!
The apartment complex is forgiving in regards to late rent and giving chances to tenants in regards to rent being late. I have been living at my complex for over 15 years. The complex gives incentives for being long term tenants. There is a pool and a pond and an exercise room . The grounds are well maintained. The staff are helpful and polite. Ronda Clements
Although my apartment is not perfect, the stupendous staff makes living here wonderful. They are kind, efficient, and caring to me at all times. Whenever things need attention in the apartment they are expeditious to a fault. One time I called for repair, jumped in the shower, and before I got out, maintenance was at my door. (Happy to return in a few minutes!)
