It is a good apartment. This is my 2nd year living here and i am liking it. The place has a gym which i regularly use. The equipments in gym could be a bit better. But it isn’t that bad
So Far everything is good but only issue was the cleanliness when I moved in the bathroom was extremely dirty. Other than that room was good just a little bit too cold sometimes

Decent rooms at the given price. It's bit far from msu but the cata bus runs every 15 mins which makes life easier. The staff is friendly my door had some issue they came and fixed it the same day.

The fact that we all have individual bathrooms is fantastic! The parking is great, the building hallways are mostly clean, and the furniture is adequate, but the internet speed could definitely use a boost so that we can watch stuff online on the TV. Also, the mattresses could use an update.

I absolutely love it here, why do I love it here? Well not only do they have 24 hour open gym to help with me still working out during school time I won’t have to try and fit it in anywhere it’s very convenient, not only the gym but this place stays lean I love the residents and staff they always make sure everything looks good and picked up and I appreciate that because not most do that!

It wasn't too bad living here the first year, but the second year just kind of fell apart. They had a complete turnover in management and now nothing gets done. I've watched staff in the leasing office cuss at tenants. I've had maintenance requests take over two months to complete. The beginning of my second year here, I had no prior notice of roommates being moved into my apartment so I was less than thrilled when there were two girls waiting to be let in because their key fobs didn't work. The current staff in the leasing office here is so understaffed that they only have one full-time employee on staff. I really didn't mind living here at first, but I've become so fed up with incompetence in management and feeling like as a tenant that my requests and voice is not being heard.

Great space for the price. Highly recommend the 4bed 4 bath. Has a spacious room and private space too. And you feel like living with a family.

The staff are genuinely nice, but they don't communicate with each other well and don't always answer their phone. Both my previous and current apartment have experienced carbon monoxide leaks, and I have been given no clear timeline regarding when they will be fixed. Also, there is trash on the lawn that I doubt will be cleaned up.

Move in went well aside from A/C not working and it not being fixed yet. They also had to fully change my unit upon arrival as there were massive dogs occupying my unit.

Good room overall but the move in process was bad 2 hours waiting in line for a key and they gave me the wrong key but the room was as advertised I am still to try the appliances

It was good, the prices are nice for university and there's a lot that comes with it as well. Along with not having to pay the water bills helps students out a lot with paying rent and stuff on time

For the most part, everyone is very kind and respectful! I will say, people like to tail my car as I’m driving through (at the posted speed) at 10 mph and taking it easy on the speed bumps because I have an 01’ vehicle, and that upsets me. Some noise here and there, but it’s college town and nothing excessive, so no big deal. But other than that, no complaints! I will also say.. please meet your roommates PHYSICALLY before moving in with them..it may save you a year of stress and anxiety.

Peaceful mellow spot and fantastic furnished units. Maintenance response has been great, about 1-2 week average. Afar from campus but the rate and value makes up for it! Can expect it to be a straightforward and lovely stay for others!

My son and I lived here for two and a half years, and the experience far surpassed my expectations. Management is very friendly, helpful, caring and kind. The amenities are wonderful. I've seen no crime whatsoever. The online portal makes it very easy to request maintenance and pay rent. There are social events and good renewal deals.

I've been living in this college apartment complex for a while now, and I have to say, it's been a decent start to my first college apartment experience. It's not the best place I've ever lived, but it's definitely not bad either. The location is convenient, the rent is reasonable, and the amenities are sufficient for my needs. Overall, I like living here.

So far I haven't minded living here. There are a few things that I'm not the biggest fan of or appreciative of the way things are run, like the maintenance team taking forever to complete a request but other than that, I've enjoyed the living experience. It provides a quiet space for me to come back to at the end of a long school day and a place to relax.

3.5 stars. Apartments are okay, staff is either extremely friendly or rude. Upon move in my apartment was very messy, there was literally a donut under our couch. The price is cheap though and overall it's not a bad place to live.

I am living in Landings since last 3 months now and it's been a good experience living here so far for me. They have lots of activities, indoor and outdoor games along with the get together every other month. Really a Very good place to live in.

Awesome spot with everything you need in one place. Convenient and friendly living, pools, gyms, basketball courts, bus passes, study rooms, computer labs with printers, furniture, and the whole nine yards.

Not a bad place to live at all.. one of my favorite spots it the little gym that they have. Once it gets warmer the pool will be a good accommodation as well.

I love it here, the amenities are great and the apartments are pretty spacious. The bus runs very often, which is a plus. Would recommend living here.

So far everything has gone relatively smoothly, little hiccups here and there but overall pretty good. I have to sort out a few more things with the front office but overall I’ve had a great time here.

So far, I am happy with the services provided. The support was very helpful in getting everything done to get the Sub-Lease for my apartment room. Room is spacious and we have all required facilities. We also have a dedicated Bus Stop within the community, which for me is a plus. Along with that having a dedicated gym within reach is also nice.

Amazing! Has been quiet. Property management is awesome at communicating and the staff are great! Maintenance is fine haven’t had an issue. One thing is you don’t know who your roommates are unless you request that you and your friends be together. But even then that is very understandable.

Lots of unit issues but staff fixes them as they come up, just inconvenient and it takes a while but other than that pretty solid. A bit far from campus
