First of all I am very grateful to the administrative staff. Very cordial and friendly. Any maintenance request has been resolved quickly and effectively. The area is very central with availability to almost all needs. my family has been very satisfied since we moved. The rent seems very reasonable to me.
I have enjoyed living at the Landing on sixth for two years. I love The location, the privacy, and the beautiful landscaping. The grounds are very well cared for on a daily basis. I have made good friends with my neighbors. The staff go out of the way to support the residents. They are friendly and courteous. I am excited about being here for many years to come.

The ladies in the front office are very kind. The maintenance department is quick to fulfill their work orders. We’ve never felt unsafe. The walls are very thick, therefore, it’s very rare to hear our neighbors. A great first apartment overall:)
Excellent administrative staff. Very friendly and any service that is needed, their response is almost immediate. The area is super central with many variety of businesses such as restaurants, fast food, bookstores, bakeries, various supermarkets. The area is quiet and so far the neighbors are very friendly.
Love living here. It’s quiet and haven’t had any issues up to date. The staff is always quick to answer my questions and help when needed. The apartment is nice and the carpet rooms were very clean when I moved in. I chose a 2BR 2BT and the balcony is huge! Everyone always has plants on their balcony so it’s nice to see. Animal friendly and good rules to keep it clean. Definitely recommend.
I scoured all of McAllen when looking for apartments and I’m glad I decided on this gem. It’s perfectly localized. Nice and homey feeling. And the staff are amazing, maintenance is amazing. And for someone who moved in at the peak of the pandemic, I have 0 complaints.

Staff is very helpful and responsive. Very calm and peaceful neighborhood. Kids have fun with the neighborhood playground. Pets are allowed. Love the center of the location which is surrounded by many restaurants and shopping centers.
I have lived here for 4yrs and love the community. The front desk staff is very helpful and maintenance team work pretty fast if something breaks down in our apt. The landscape is very well kept and out 2 bedroom apt is spacy and cozy.
I have been a resident for a few months and totally satsfied with the apartment complex. The staff are very nice and take care of any issues with the apartment in a timely manner. The apartment complex is located in close proximity to fine restaurants and shops.
I've been living here for over a year-and-a-half and love it I'v renewed my lease again in October all because of customer service and the ladies that work in office they are nice n always smiling and. welcoming you on any thing you might need. Love my apartment so quiet and. love the pool so clean come by and visit The Landings 6 Apar Tments you will love it here
I love living here. Moved here in August to a 2x2. It’s great! Very spacious for all my junk. It’s a nice quiet area but also so close to a lot of good places to eat and shop! Definitely come check it out.
Love these apartments they accept any pet or dog; soon I’ll have my pet living with me, they don’t discriminate and help you out with anything! The managers are great as well. Very clean place.
Lived at these apartments for two years. Compared to newer places it is overpriced. You are really paying for the location. When I first moved in the complex was a nice peaceful place. Recently it seems that anyone can just move in. Neighbors are loud, rude and the pedestal that I held the complex at is now gone. Recently they struck a deal with Spectrum that will provide cable, internet and phone to all residents. Which is great but now rent is getting raised. Too bad for those of us that already are in a contract with that company, we are now having to pay our bill along with the add on that was forced onto us by the complex. Do not believe the pictures, these are from years ago when the place was nice, these are the pictures that got me to move here. Come take a look now, complete 180. The pool has never been that clean since I moved in, I usually have to clean all the leaves and bugs out myself. Also they take forever to fix anything in the complex. Had AC out for 3 days before I got someone to look at it. Talked to someone else that had to wait more than a month for their washer to be fixed. Hope you also like cats, there are at least 6 or 7 of them roaming the complex, they dig out from the trash, tear up neighbors plants and walk all over the cars in the parking lot making things dirty. Was able to get a much nicer place at a cheaper cost. So happy to finally be out
I have lived here for over 4 years. I love the location and the new company has made a lot of changes. They got new pool furniture which was needed and they are adding landscaping by my area. I love this company they really know how to take care of their residents. I definitely recommend.
Worst experience 12 months of problems , A/C always broken dirty pool. Great location but over paying for bad customer service and non working pool the majority of the 12 month lease .
