Such a great community and neighborhood. Beautiful property to walk around with the dog or alone. We love where we live and any questions and maintenance requests are responded to quickly. We have made so many friends and feel comfortable and safe living here.

We absolutely love it here! Such nice neighbors, love the staff as they always go the extra mile! Whenever there's been an issue, its usually fixed same day if possible! Never a negative experience so far!

Perfect quiet place to call home. Great community and friendly neighbors and staff. It would be nice if the swimming pool was open earlier for us older folks but its nice!

I've been here for a little over a month. The commute to work is a lot shorter now than it used to be, which is fantastic, and we are in a great position in town, just on the edge yet near to everything. The gym is extremely convenient, and I adore the pool. I wish it were open a little later and had more seats, but I realize space is limited. The landscape has been well-maintained. We have two cats who seem to be more happy with the open floor layout and like playing tag, dashing back and forth, and watching individuals through the large windows. The kitties give it two paws up! Overall, my living experience has been positive and welcoming.

This is the first and only place I have ever lived in Clinton, Iowa. After getting to know this beautiful town and its surroundings, I believe The Landing is the best place to live. I love my home!

I would recommend The Landing to anyone that is looking for a nice quiet apartment complex. The management is exceptional. The turn around on maintenance is outstanding. The complex and apartments are kept up. It is just an overall nice place to live.

We have the absolute best management team. This complex is clean and well maintained. It’s great that our management strives to make this a warm community and not just someplace to live!

The amount of gnats and centipedes and millipedes that are constantly present outside of freezing months are less than accommodating. I suggest hiring a professional spraying company for all grass and foliage for at least a weekly spray during peak gnat months. Even if we keep our house spotless, we still end up with a swarm of gnats inside. Last year we gave the benefit of the doubt that it was because we had the garage wide open during moving in. But this year we have taken many precautions and still have to battle them daily. This is not something we wanted to take into consideration when we moved in, although we had heard it from others. But it seems a situation that unless the property owner allows significant funding to fix, will continue to be an issue. It affects anyone I talk to throughout the complex and will be the biggest reason we move if we do.

Over all we've been really happy since we moved in. Again, any problem that comes up is addressed immediately! It's nice to know a company wants your home to be the most comfortable it can be. Thanks for always going the extra mile!

Friendly neighbors, very responsive management. I’m looking forward to taking my toddler to the pool this summer! My little one already enjoys the playground.

Really good could use a better parking plan but other than that real good. I got no other complaints place is a good spot to live with all the extras and all.

Just moved in but really liking the experience so far. Staff are very friendly and made the application experience very pleasant. It was a quick easy process and I was ready to move in the next day.

From looking at the apartment to moving in, it's all been a great experience. Michael and Deb have been very helpful. I think I am going to enjoy the community.

We are so fortunate to live in such a friendly and caring community. The office staff are always there for us whether with a smiling face or a hand to solve any need. We never pass a neighbor without getting a “hello” or wave and a smile. We have Coffee every Wednesday morning where anyone is welcome. There is a lot of laughter and fun stories. We also find how much we all have in common. We so appreciate having a community that we can thrive in and feel among other good people. Thank you!!

I’ve lived at The Landing for over 2 years and I have no complaints. The apartments/townhomes are very spacious and well kept. Management goes above and beyond to make sure your apartment/community is top notch. If you need any maintenance done it is usually taken care of that same day or the next day. I would recommend The Landing to anyone that is looking for an exceptional place to live.

It's a great place and the 2 in the front office are very nice and the maintenance man is a nice guy also. I really enjoy the new apartment. It's a new start for me in my life.

The staff has been very helpful through the move in process! Super excited to be a part of a "resort" type community that i get to call home!

Moved in a week ago and have had some minor problems around the unit but the response time to fix those issues have been great. Maintenance responds almost immediately and are quick to take care of there customers when there is a problem. The landing is accommodating, we were going to move in with another company but due to the competition only allowing one pet and the landing allowing two pets they matched and actually reduced our pet fees due to use settling for the landing. No complaints since we have moved in.

The Landing staff has always treated us correctly and whenever we’ve had a maintenance issue, staff has responded quickly and fixed the issues in a timely manner. Staff are friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Thanks!

New resident here..everyone is friendly and helpful to the old new lady..I look forward to meeting my neighbors..of course that may not happen until winter is gone.

We moved in yesterday! So happy we moved here! Friendly neighbors and prompt maintenance orders taken care of! We appreciate a new city for a new year.

Community based atmosphere, quiet, and professional managers. Pet friendly park, fitness center, and summertime pool. Our family is very comfortable.

Neighbors are great, when you need something fixed they are right on it, park and pool right their, and they always keep everyone well informed

This feels like a neighborhood community. Michael, Tim and Deb really make everyone feel important to the community. Tim is always so responsive for maintenance issues. People should really take a look at the townhomes and apartments and all the amenities here!

The landing feels like a close knit community with wonderful people all around. I love the community events and amenities they offer. I would highly recommend starting your search for new place especially if you are new to town and want to make friends quickly.

The Landing is a nice, quiet community located in a good part of Clinton with plenty of shopping around. Units are modern, comfortable, and self-contained with in-unit laundry. You couldn’t ask for a nicer or more reliable office and maintenance staff than what we have here when it comes to personal needs or general property upkeep and plowing. Community events offer opportunities to connect with others at the complex. Rent is a bit steep, but I can’t complain about any other aspect.

Everyone is great here. It's a nice and well kept place. Very respectful and helpful. We love it here. We are hapoy to live here for past seven years. We hope to be here be here for many more happy years.

We are very happy to live in this community. After coming from a large metropolis where there was never enough time, Clinton, Iowa is a paradise of calm. I love it!

Excellent place and very quite. We have an excellent view and the staff are excellent and very responsive. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to make their new home.

This is my third year at The Landing and I am very content, comfortable and happy here. Michael, Deb and Tim are always right on top of things and work hard to make this a great place to live. I plan on being here a very long time!

The Landing has been a great community to call home for so many reasons. We feel like a neighborhood. After owning our own home for many years, it is nice having top notch maintenance taking care of all of it. Always prompt and professional. The office staff is always willing to help with any questions or concerns, take time out of their day to chat, pet the pups. They are always workig to take care of the property and seem to look for ways to make it an even better experience for the residents. We love the amenities and use the pet waah often! Great place to call home.

It’s quiet, most of the time. In our building and the one next to us, we all get along and respect each other regarding our dogs. We are coming up on 4 years here. We love our amenities; that we have a washer/dryer upstairs where the bedrooms are. As long as we have to be here, this is the only place I’ll live in Clinton.

At the landing, I love the sense of having a respectful community, and an environment that feels safe, nice, and welcoming! The management are always patient and understanding as well as friendly and kind. Also to mention the maintenance is on top! They answer service requests as soon as possible, and always get things done in an efficient manner!

Since moving here almost 2 years ago I felt like I’m home. I’ve really enjoyed living here. The people are really nice. The apartments are nice and up to date. Management is always accommodating to any needs I may have with my apartment.

Everyone is friendly and minds their own business. I’ve never heard either one of the neighbors next door. If I have encountered any issues I’ve addressed it directly with the person and the conversation went very well and I haven’t had any further issues. The office also will listen and respond promptly if you report any issues with them.

I love living at The Landing!!! Michael, Deb, and team are amazing and make it such a fun positive atmosphere. I highly recommend The Landing property if you are searching for a great place to live!!!

Everything is pretty good other than it wasn’t cleaned very well when we moved in. We’ve had to rent a shampooer and everything else. Our neighbors smoke weed and it gets in our garage and the common downstairs area.

I’ve lived here for 5yrs and I love it! Very nice and quiet community. Staff are great as well! I love the fact that all the maintenance request are answered and completed right away!

We’ve been here about 6 months now and we do not regret our choice at all. We love our home, getting to know our neighbors/community and the pool is pretty dang sweet!

Such a beautiful community with a wide variety of friendly residents. Not to forget the exceptional management team! We love it at the Landing. When we retired we came here until we could find a more permanent senior community. We are on our 5th year and have no plans to leave. It’s home !

Gnats are a problem. But seems to be excessive this year in general so can't base it off one year moving here. Otherwise love it here! Layout is great. Community is pretty great. Management is great.

Enjoy the landing.it has its quirks, but service is excellent. Very friendly and comfortable for families with kids and pets. Would recommend for anyone wanting a pleasant experience.

Overall love the house and the staff ! The pool is super nice on a hot day, just wish it was open later for the adults. The gym is nice and definitely a good incentive to stay in shape.

Everything at the landing is safe, clean, and feels brand new. My apartment appliances all work well and are modern- i definitely feel confident that if I had a problem the staff would be there to help!

Best place to live and it’s so close to the best restaurant in clinton iowa. Legends draft Haus The maintenance man is the best around I never have to wait for anything.

The office people are amazing ! Very friendly! Extremely helpful! They did everything in there power to help us ! Absalutly amazing experience !
