The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Landing CoMo
I can not stress how terrible these apartments and this management is. We were forced to move apartments twice for their renovations which we did not agree to. The renovated apartment was filthy from construction, our keys didn’t work, the washer/dryer was broken, and the dishwasher wasn’t working. They are annoyed when you place requests and insisted that we were doing something wrong with the washer/dryer. I took my clothes to a laundromat for months. The renovations are crap. Rooms and closets are smaller, new shower drain is terrible, no garbage disposal in the kitchen, no TV provided as they had originally promised. I’ve never experienced so many things go so wrong within a year and then be treated as a nuisance for asking management to fix it.
They made us move twice during our lease for renovations, both times during midterms for MU. The second place had roaches when we moved in, and after putting in multiple service requests, they would mark them as complete without actually coming to spray for the roaches. The last place they had us move, most of the pipes and toilets were leaking, even though it was one of the new renovated apartments. My friend's apartment flooded at least three times during a one year lease. Horrible management, would not recommend.
I managed to get a good deal when the last owners sold the place sometime Dec 2021. However, you definitely get what you paid for. None of our rooms even closed nor did the keys work when trying to lock them. Maintenance 'fixed' it yet they still don't lock but it's not worth the week wait for them to fix it. Rooms are literally half painted, there is an outline on the walls where when they painted the laundry room they painted around the laundry machines instead of moving them. When we moved in the rooms were relatively clean but the common areas were a disaster with stains and mud all over the floor, fridge and counters. My biggest grievance though, is the lack of security, I recall there was a break in where someone took a brick to someones room window then robbed them. There is almost always a cop in the parking lot investigating different break-ins, thefts and vandalism yet the management refuses to put in any security cameras to stop it. Also on a side note, I don't go out after it snow or ices anymore. The entire parking lot and steps turn into a sheet if ice and management won't do anything about it for several days. After wiping out twice on a two inch thick slab of ice surrounding my vehicle, I don't think staying for twice the rent next year is going to happen!
The property is a money pit. The siding is rotten and the balconies are leaning. Management is poor. Poor overall experience.
Many college students and young adults may be enticed by the low prices and "great Promotion deals" do not be fooled. If it seems to good to be true then it is. I know many who had written proof of deals, but when it was time for them to receive them, those promotions were not honored and had to take legal action. Many of the amenities they claim to have are false, such as 24 hour maintenance; and the leasing office agents are unprofessional. Do yourself a favor, and live ANYwhere else.
I have a child living in Campus View for the past year. The price for her furnished 4 bed 2 bath is great but you get what you pay for. She chose these apartments because of the price and shuttle service. The shuttle has been broken a few times, which leaves her taking Lyft and Uber to get to campus. These cost are not reimbursed and there is no rent credit for this inconvenience. Security issues are another concern. Her window screens went missing, which was really weird. Then we heard about a robbery attempt on the apartment grounds. There are no security cameras to deter criminals. I wish we had noticed this before. Lastly, her furnace was out for about a week this winter. It wasn't fixed until I called. Over the summer the air went out and wasn't fixed until one of the other parents called.
i recently took a tour and I was impressed, mostly by Alexis and I can't remember her last name. I think it start with an L but she was really helpful with informing me about Campus View and I could tell she really loves her job so I just wanted to say that this was one of the best tours I've been on. Definitively considering Campus View as one of my choices!
