I have lived at The Landing at Tiffany for 5 years. My apartment has not had any real issues since I've lived here. The neighbors/other residents have been quiet and respectful! There are a lot of areas to walk my dog. Having a garage is convenient! It has been great!

The staff is very friendly and the maintenance requests get handled very quickly. The staff does a great job trying to establish a community and they are always organizing things to support the less fortunate. The management team here is great especially Lucinda and Brenden they truly care about you and you having a positive living experience. And the community is diverse which is rare to find.

Although I am a new resident I havw really enjoyed my time here at The Landing so far! Everyone from office staff to other residents are very nice and welcoming. The Landing at Tiffany Springs community is one of the best communities that I have lived in. They are prompt to plow areas after snow days. The complex is clean and quiet. The Landing at Tiffany Springs is like a breath of fresh air! My family and I came from an apartment complex that didn't meet our basic needs as a community as a whole. After discovering The Landing, I wish I knew about this place sooner! I have two toddlers and I've never felt more safe in my place of living. Everyone here, including the leasing team are super friendly and welcoming. The community itself is quiet and well maintained. The cherry on top is everything you would ever need (shopping, food, etc) is less than 5 minutes away. I would live here over and over again!

I have been very happy living at The Landing. Management has been very responsive when I have had any problems. They keep the outer areas well maintained desire the many dogs in the facility. I would highly recommended The Landing to anyone looking for a nice place to living.

In my first few weeks I have had a great time here. I am conveniently located between my jobs, the people that I have met are all very nice, and the management group does events to try and get the community involved. The apartment itself is very nice and I love having an attached garage.

The apartments, have a modern feel, everything is new or nearly new and works as it should, it is a visually appealing place to live, with cordial and helpful office staff. We've had one issue needing maintenance, and a tech was able to come immediately. This place is pricy but private/quiet, and occasionally trash gets blown around the parking areas. Very convenient location to shops/highways/airport. VERY LITTLE airport noise.

Love it here great location. Great amenities. Staff goes overboard to assist. Very clean grounds. Maintenence always on time and courteous we will be for awhile for sure.

I really enjoy it here. There are some issues like smoking and leaving butts on the ground people not picking up dog poo. With all the kids they don't have anywhere to play. I get a little concerned about cars driving too fast through when kids are outside. The management and personal are always responsive and friendly. I do think the rent is a little pricey after looking into other commitments

It's a lovely community and we have recommended this complex to many people looking for a home-like living space, attached garage, friendly staff and pet friendly. You cannot beat the location. Every kind of shopping need within 1-3 miles including; freeway access, hospital, banking, movie theaters.

Great place to live. Quiet, close to many businesses. Water pressure is less than standard and could be an issue for some people. Utility billing has been a failure with mass billing at end of year same time as Christmas and Personal Property Tax. Landing Tiffany Springs charges $10 more a month for Valet Trash than parallel apartments near by.

Great place to live. One of the main reasons we don't own a house anymore. Having maintenance who can assist us with problems. Not a big problem but certainly something we couldn't handle. Well kept community.

I enjoyed my move in experience with The Landing! My floor plan layout is everything Ive been looking for, very open and functional, with beautiful upgrades. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is peaceful and Tiffany Springs is its own little community. Im glad I made the move.

It feels like a home and not an apartment. Lots of space and very nice to have the attached garage. We love it. Hope to make it to the pool before the summer is over.
