I absolutely love living at The Landing at Savannah West! The staff are friendly and responsive, and maintenance is always quick. The property is clean, peaceful, and the amenities are excellent, especially the dog washing station. The location is super convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and highways, making it a breeze to reach Kansas City International Airport and Downtown Kansas City. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

We have lived here for over 7 years and don't plan on going anywhere else. We love it here. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. We stop by the office occasionally when we walk and visit with management. This is such a beautiful place to live. The maintenance crew is hard to beat. They are always quick to respond to service calls and make sure we are happy with work completed. Great job to all.

Quiet living in the city, beautiful homes with great amenities, excellent staff and maintenance workers. We love the security gate and the attached garage we have. The pool is a nice size, it’s pet friendly and just a wonderful community

The leasing agents are unfriendly, the leasing office is never open and the girls don’t ever want to work. They close early all the time. No resident events. Forget your deposit, you won’t get it back you’ll just get charged a ton of $$$ even if you leave everything perfect. They are poorly insulated so your electric bill will be so high even if you keep it all the way down.

Nice property and amenities but the walls are extremely thin. We feel like we have to whisper in our own apartment because we can clearly hear others. Also the garage door openers are sooo loud. We get constantly woken up at all hours of the night as residents use their garage doors. They really went cheap on the openers. Have lived in other complexes and the openers were the whisper quiet ones.
