Great complex and community. Friendly office staff and attentive maintenance staff. Very spacious apartment at an affordable price. And the best part, it is within walking or biking distance to Town Madison!
To start off with, the staff is amazing. They have a quick response time with maintenance, they’re all friendly and will to accommodate your needs. The landlords host are very active with residents and have a bunch of games and prizes throughout the year, which not too many apartments do that. Also, it’s quiet, so if you’re just trying to study and sit out side or something, or just sit by the pool and relax, you’ll have no distractions, which I love the most. Finally it’s in a excellent neighborhood/community.

I have lived here at The Landing At Edgewater for the past 7 years. Simply The Best these have been the best apartment/home living. What made it a home is the entire staff from the office to everything Maintenace. If you are ever in Huntsville looking for a place to land until you locate your next home.
