The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Landing Apartments
Management, maintenance, upkeep, and ridiculous move out fees, all terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would.

We are sorry you didnt have a good experience, if you would come to the office and talk to the staff so we can resolve any issues you might have at the site.
The Landing Apartments were so helpful during my move to Texas! Kellie was helpful in every aspects, and I never had a problem the entire time I lived there. I am very appreciative of The Landing and all the help that they provided when it came to subleasing my apartment!
the apartments themselves are alright but there are way too many noisy neighbors. there's almost always someone messing with their car or motorcycle during the day/night in the parking lot and with the apartments being just a few feet away it's always so noisy. there's also the constant problem of people playing music and/or having their tv too loud and the management/staff will only say to have the cops called when the office was literally not thirty feet away and they could do something about it. as soon as my lease is over i will be moving to another location.

Probably the worst place I have ever lived. When I first moved in they had a wonderful girl named Kendall who worked in the front office. Very professional and easy to deal with. Since I moved in management changed hands. It is obvious that the current management team is incompetent and hard to deal with. When I moved out they were slow and difficult to reach resulting in me almost losing my new apartment. I am glad to wash my hands of this place. This place is very sketchy and should be avoided.

Just recently moved in, I had heard about the previous management but never dealt with them. The new manager (Melissa) was very helpful when it came to my needs and concerns. I love my apartment! Super clean and I am excited for the temperature to stay warm so I can enjoy the pool.
There are plenty of other nice properties. The Landing is outdated, the upgrades we were promised were not complete in time. We drove almost 4 hours after packing up our home that we sold to move close to family. The initial walk through was very pleasant with the new account service person, but it went downhill from there. My husband checked in hours after it was promised to be ready and maintenance did not have it ready. Shoe rack not attached to the wall, only one ceiling fan. Dirty and laundry room door was warped. **LEASE AT YOUR OWN RISK**

I moved out of the Landing on March 30th and was told I'd be getting my deposit back and also a balance that carried over from money I over paid. Here it is July 7th and none of the money that is owed to me has been paid to me. I was told by Jennifer the Leasing Manager that I would be getting over 200.00 back. When I talked to Jennifer she said that she had turned in the paperwork and had told me to contact the management company that manages them to see where the money was. I called them and was told they have no record of her submitting the paperwork. When I contacted Jennifer after I moved out they would not return any of my calls. When I lived there I had nothing but trouble with the condition of the apartment. The closet in the master bedroom leaked and they would just fix it temporarily the whole bottom of the closet would be wet and it ruined my shoes and other items on the floor. They never brought fans in to dry the carpet, I had to use my own. The apartment was in terrible shape and it was extremely dirty when I moved in. It literally took me a month or a little longer to get the black out of the bathtub. The apartment like I stated above was in horrible shape. I was on housing and was told by the inspector that the apartment barely passed. The sidewalk in front of the apartment would flood to be up to your ankles and the water would drain from where the dogs pooped and peed. It was very nasty. When I moved in there was an infestation of roaches you could see a bunch every closet had them the cabinets were full of them. They'd come out and spray but it never got rid of them and I would have them there every 1-2 months. I kept my apartment spotless. I have a person that I hired to clean my apartment twice a week when I lived there so I know that it was not due to me being unclean. It's my fault for living in that apartment. I had asked several times before I moved in to see the apartment and they always had an excuse to why I couldn't. I want to warn everyone that when a leasing agent wont show you the apartment before move in then that is a red flag. I was not going to write a review but I am very frustrated and want to give people an opportunity to see what it's really like. Not everything was bad. The location of the complex is wonderful and the pool was nice other then that please, please, be cautious when deciding to rent here.
