No one wants to walk into an office and be treated poorly by an employee. The property is decent, but the staff is not so great. I would have expected to be treated and greeted professionally and with excitement. I guess they are so leased up, they don't need to offer good customer service . If you move in here you can expect to me be treated like a child and talked down to.

hello, just wanted to say that I was nervous, moving cross country to a place I haven't seen in person, the assistant manager, Amanda was very helpful every step of the way, when I arrived, it was a quick process to receive my keys and I felt very welcomed, the apartment is cute and perfect for my cat and I, there was a repair that needed to be done and when I emailed them, they got on the job the very next day! The manager and the assistant manager are really nice and it's such a friendly place, there is no trash laying around and it's really peaceful here, I work from home and my views of the pond are perfect!! thank you!

Beautifully maintained and a safe home environment with excellent management and resident care while being absolutely accommodating to all singles, military, family, retiree and pet friendly, while always providing the absolute best of services within all of the recreational facilities, the kids park and the individual residences.

I highly recommend that you have the management team do a walk through of your apartment upon moving out. They say it is not necessary but just have them stop by and check everything. They will use any excuse to deduct money from your deposit. I was an ideal tenant for over three years and was extremely disappointed in their actions upon moving out.

I lived here for 8 years - always paying rent on time. I gave my notice in March that I would not be renewing my lease due to moving to another state. My lease was set to expire on June 30th. I moved out and turned in my key on June 1st. (I was obligated by the terms of the lease to pay June’s rent. I paid this in full on June 1st before I turned over the key.) I received a partial return of my security deposit about 51 days later - no letter or explanation of what over $200 of my security deposit was kept to cover. (I paid a $600 security deposit as well as a $400 nonrefundable pet fee.) I know there were a couple of things that needed to be repaired. Beyond that I feel it was normal wear and tear. Due to the high number of Covid cases in the Pensacola area, I have decided not to pursue legal action; however, I am very disappointed in the way this was handled and would not rent from this company again.

I Definitely enjoyed my stay at Cordova Regency ,moving out for deployment very quiet community and close to everything. This is a older building upgrades are needed but overall I enjoyed my stay here. the front office staff Melissa is amazing I would recommend this property to anyone. The only negative I would say is the window need treatment.

The community is clean and quiet. A good place I think for anyone that is moving to Pensacola.

Nice facility, amenities seemed well kept and maintained. Nice features such as the vinyl flooring. Screening procedures put at more at ease with choosing this community.

My upstairs neighbor has a large dog and it runs across the floor a lot, time starting at 6am daily. For the most part it's fine.

the ones that work for Fairfields Lakes APT are very nice and respectable and knows what they are doing to fix things.

My husband is in the navy & we were staying here for a little over a year. The walls are paper thin. If you sit in the kitchen, you can hear your neighbors having a regular volume conversation clearly. From the front door on the 3rd floor, you can hear the people talking if they’re on the first floor. The worst part is if you take a regular length shower, the water will become cold. The water doesn’t stay warm for a long period of time, also meaning multiple people cannot take showers. The staff was friendly & it was a place to live, but there are many other places to live with the same rent price that’s better quality.

Fairfield Lakes and the management team have all of the characteristics of an outstanding community and the amenities offered are unmatched in the area. The office personnel are extremely professional, helpful, and welcoming. The maintenance personnel (Will and Steve) are the most committed and hard-working individuals with an amazingly positive attitude who take care of issues almost immediately.

I would recommend it because it?s a clean, nice apartment and the grounds are well maintained. I wouldn?t if they strictly wanted a gated community since the gate is not working.

Apartment needs some upgrades. A few things around the apartments need re-furnishings or replacements. The wide doorways are amazing never had them before but makes it amazing for moving furniture!!

I recommend Fairfield lakes regularly. Kim our office manager and her staff are professional and always helpful. Steve our head of maintance and his crew are spot on with handling anything that comes up with repairs or even a friendly wave as you pass by. I can say of everywhere I have ever lived Fairfield lakes is the best and I feel the safest.

After one month of living here, I can't say I've dealt with anything bad. I've been pleased.

We would recommend this community for people or couples like us, only here for a year or two, need a place conveniently located to base, downtown, the beach, but has ammenities like a pool, fitness center etc.

I absolutely love where I live! The apartments are nice and the grounds are clean and well maintained. The staff are very nice and handles any and all requests proficiently, especially Kim! She is the bomb!!!

Compared to communities around here, the property LOOKS nicer and well kept, the apartment has been well kept and is relatively updated. We haven’t got to use the pool yet but it is nice, the gym is always working, and the playground is great. I felt safe before the gate was fixed, feel even safer now.

My neighbors are loud jerks. But it is an overall safe place to live, and the pool is nice. The tanning bed is also a huge plus, and the only addition to the gym room I could see would be a stationary bike.

We enjoy our home but some things are not what they should be. We feel as if the rent is more than what we should be paying for the problems we experience and haven’t been resolved.

I love Fairfield lakes, it needs a bit of updating in the bathroom and kitchens however its a great little community.

I would recommend this apartment community for a younger couple starting out or maybe those who will not be here permenately. It is also a great price for the space you receive. Nearby the base and about 15 mins to Johnson beach is great. I would not recommend the apartment community because it needs a lot of updating in regards to upkeep and appliances and the dining area is close to non exsistant if you have more than 2 people .

I would recommend this place because the office staff and amenities are amazing. Apartments are comfortable and convenient. My only issue was with the lack of insulation between apartments.

It's a safe place and welcome place to be. I love the secur of the gate. The people here are friendly.

Great location for the Naval Hospital and the Naval Air Station. With the option to go either through the North or the West gait. Easy access to everywhere.

The apartments were a lot better when I first moved in, but the quality of residents impacted the lifestyle. Also the apartment complex is way overcrowded especially with how the parking lots are setup. We were at the point where we needed a house to suit our lifestyle appropriately.

It meets my needs. Neighbors are generally good. So many cute dogs. A few really bad owners and no clear way to report bad owners. But generally a good experience in a good location.

Perfect community-everything I need to feel at home-safe and secure with all the amenities that make community living so comfortable and rewarding.

There have been times when there was loud noise in the community late into the night -- usually on the weekends. I feel that the "rules" are not consistently enforced with regard to that and keeping dogs on the leash and cleaning up after them.

Its clean, safe and in a great location. The idiots that ram the gate and break it, not the complexes fault and Kim is always on top of getting it repaired so it never stays down for more than a couple of days.

I would recommend ppl, but I'd let them know parking is horrible. And prepare for a run when it's raining and you have to park by the dumpster carrying all your groceries and an infant car seat:)

I didn't really expect too much. For the most part, my needs have been met. I have not had a terrible experience so I would recommend this apartment community to others.

Our apartment has a great home feel and the layout even for a one bedroom was very open. I love our screened porch and the property is great for running laps. The pool was never over crowded and the managers are always having special nights for the guests. Great for any military member or anyone with pets.

Fairfeild lakes where the ducks roam free and don't care if they are in your way. They are actually pretty cute and they will approach you and act friendly ( just don't leave your trash outside your door or they will attack it). Everyone that we have met in the complex is nice and inviting, maintenance always comes in a timely manner and helps with an concerns.The pool needs so cosmetic work and the lake needs to be cleaned up but it's not too bad. I always feel safe , a curtesy officer just moved in and drives around the complex . The gate has been broken since we moved in and according to other residences it has been broken for over 2 years . It's not a bad place to live at all, every where has its flaws but it's becoming our home and I would reccomend it highly to anyone looking for a place to live in the area
