When you consider the size of this property it says a lot regarding how quickly maintenance requests are responded to. There is always a response in a reasonable amount of time. The maintenance technicians are knowledgeable, skilled and professional.

I have never had a problem with maintenance. They always do the job wonderful when I do request but I hardly ever request them. Only thing with maintenance I would suggest to leave what was done even though I know what I requested just a little bit more detail of the problem especially if no one is home. Overall maintenance always do the job!! Thank you for doing your job especially in these times with so much going on with the pandemic.

This is absolutely the worst place I’ve ever lived. It’s cheap for a reason but you couldn’t pay me to live here one more day. Money hungry upper management is unreachable. No one calls or emails back. The place is filthy, smells like weed and garbage. Maintenance is incompetent. I have never hated a company more. Tell your friends and family. Disgusting company, disgusting apartments. Don’t give them a dime.

I have 10 years of living in the windy falls area And everything quiet and maintenance always comes quickly to fix everything
Terrible management. Bugs and rodents all the time. Customer service is always a hit or miss. Only some of maintenance care about the way the job is done. They are cheap apartments and you get what you pay for

Location is quiet and peaceful. Maintenance issue with water leakage from tenant above, resulted in minimal damage to property or personal belongings. Entire unit water heater was inoperative for 2 days before issue was resolved (winter of 2019-2020). Inspections were minimal & non intrusive. Pricing is on par with similar surrounding complexes. Quiet, clean, reasonably priced.

If you live here you will be moving in with mice. I currently live in Rossbrooke and have threatened to put my rent into and escrow account and still they have not solved this rodent infestation!!! I’ve lived in Cinnamon ridge and still had mice then. They are everywhere even on counters and in my oven. IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

I was living here for a year. I love the area and my neighbors. However, I did not have a good stay here. Everything was going fine until we had mice in our apartment. If I saw a mouse over the weekend when I would call the emergency line they told me to wait until Monday because this was not an emergency. On Monday I would call and Maintenance would not get out to me until a week later. I have had 8 mice in my home and I am terrified of them. What broke the camels back and made me leave was I had three mice in my stove. I went to turn on my broiler and two jumped out and one came through the oven and was sitting on top of my stove. I contacted customer service and told them, they did nothing about the problem. I could not speak to any one in upper management because they make you email them but they never respond to you. I even contacted Baltimore County Code Enforcement on them and the property was cited. I have never seen a apartment company that you can not speak to upper management regarding your issues. I will not be renting from another Hendersen Webb property again. It was the worst experience ever.

READ THE REVIEWS AND RESEARCH FIRST. I lived here for a couple years while attending graduate school. Other than the price, there is nothing positive to note about this community. The maintenance is terrible, to customer service is atrocious, and the neighborhood leaves much to be desired.
