      "Premium" apartments with barely basic service

      Agree with all the comments previously made regarding multiple managers, no premium services (paid for) being provided, terrible gym and paper thin walls. I have to add that considering the price paid, the level of service is frankly appalling! If you call the office, don't expect a call back. Emails will go unanswered, and at best returned in more than a week. Our A/C went out in the middle of summer, and basically was not dealt with for 2 months!! THEY DON'T CARE. As long as you are paying your rent. The apartment was almost 100 degree's frequents, and they ignored us and the issue. If you choose to live here, you must really want to pay for the location and being close to downtown, because these apartments (and management) are awful and will not be providing anything that resembles service or looking after you as tenants.

      Not a premium place

      Privately owned yes, but handled by another company and since it opened has changed management multiple times. Services included in the premium package are not being observed even though renters pay a premium for them. The gym is a joke, there is no pool as this website states. The walls are paper thin you can hear conversations as if they are in the same apartment. The security doors fail often as well... fun fact is there has not been a maintenance worker on site full time since winter! Pay a premium, get sub living.

      Lake Apartments

      The apartments are brand new so obviously really nice. Mindi, the apartment manager, is great to work with and really bent over backwards to show us all the various floor plans and find the right spot for our family. She has been super available for all our questions and needs. This is a dog friendly building so its great for the whole family and you can't beat the location! Walking distance to everything...
