Property Ratings at The Knox
This is by far the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. All the staff is very friendly and they like to go above and beyond for their tenants. And most importantly.. THEY LISTEN TO YOU which now days is very rare. Never had a situation in which they made me feel uncomfortable or unhappy. They always have a smile to welcome you at any time of the day, we love The Knox, we love you guys!!
Great place to live! Staff is friendly and responsive. Could use a bit of work with cleanliness around the hallways to prevent smells and or dirt to accumulate.

We are new to the Knox, and the staff has been so amazing! They have answered all our questions and helped all our needs. Madison has been so exceptional, and the rest of the staff are lovely.
Absolutely wonder front office staff. Grounds and buildings are kept in great condition. Only complaint is there isn't any electric car chargers. However, they are working on getting them. Hopefully, soon.
The Knox has been my best apartment experience. I’ve had plenty of apartments over the years but this community has been my favorite so far. Everyone that lives here seems kind and welcoming. and me and my wife currently rent while we are looking for a house but we love it, the amenities are awesome, the units are great and the prices are as well. 5 star complex for sure!
After researching and exploring several apartment options, we chose The Knox based on all the positive reviews, as well as at the recommendation of a friend who we found out was already living in this community. We just moved in this past weekend, but so far we have been very pleased with everything from the luxurious apartment features to the quiet, peaceful community, to the resort-like amenities. The application process was also as painless as it could be. Even when we had questions or weren't understanding something along the way, Shelby and Cassie were quick to respond and come to our assistance. We very much look forward to the days ahead of us at The Knox!
The staff have been wonderful to work with! Extremely patient with us. The complex is absolutely beautiful. Our apartment was very clean and ready to move into!
The Knox has always been a favorite since day one. The office staff has always been welcoming, generous, and caring for us. We recently had an issue with something in our apartment and they resolved it in a much bigger and better way than I could have imagined.

My apartment community makes me feel safe, comfortable, and well-maintained, with prompt responses to any maintenance issues. The management is friendly, respectful, and communicates clearly with residents. Convenient amenities and a peaceful, clean environment to make it feel like home.
The process was very easy. The staff remained in touched with me throughout the entire process and made sure I had everything I needed before moving in. Super friendly and I am glad I decided to move here.
I have listed quite a few issues seen in the past and they still have not been rectified. I was told that there were a lot of new maintenance and grounds personnel hired to address issues seen and reported, and they are still in the same disrepair. I still see a lot of debris int he hallway of my building. Some of the garbage attracts flies that get into my apartment when I open my door. The door to the stairs still slams every time it closes - I was told months ago it would be repaired. I have even tried doors in other buildings and these do not slam shut like the door on my floor which is very close proximity to my apartment, so I get to hear it slam shut every time someone walks through it. Pet waste is still seen in various planting beds around our building.
Great staff and great building, people are always kind and caring. Staff always there to help if needed, constantly felt like it’s kept to a standard and held very well
It is a very beautiful complex to live in. The community is very quiet. The people in the office are also great. When I moved in they were excellent at handling business and still know excellent in handling business.
absolutely love my new apartment! The unit itself is spacious, modern, and filled with natural light. Everything was spotless when I moved in, and the updated appliances and in-unit washer/dryer make day-to-day living super convenient. What really sets this place apart are the community features. The gym is clean and fully equipped, perfect for getting a workout in without leaving home. The pool area is like a mini-resort—a great place to relax on weekends or after work. There’s also a beautiful pet-friendly area where I can walk my dog and just unwind. It’s quiet, peaceful, and well-kept. And the best part? Free coffee available any time of day! Seriously, it’s such a nice touch and makes mornings that much better. Management is professional, friendly, and always quick to respond. I feel safe, welcomed, and truly at home here. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and community!

The apartment community is nice and kept well. Amenities are always functional. Gate is always broken and when repaired it takes a while. Maintenance is always quickly done. Noise from upstairs neighbors is trifling and complaining doesn’t help. Pick your floor wisely.
It's great to live here, a pleasant community, a clean and organized environment. The gym is perfect. The administration is always very attentive and respectful to the residents. I'm loving living here.
There is no flexibility on late monthly payments even when you ask for it. But then we have people parking on handicaps spaces at night we no handicaps permit but that's fine and also due to my work schedule I never use the trash service but I still have to pay for something that I'll never use doesn't seem fair to me.
It was great. The maintenance man introduced himself. The the lady who did tour and welcomed me is a wonderful person. The apartments are very nice.

I love it here so far! Everything is clean and well taken care of. Walls aren’t thin so I can’t hear my neighbors which is great. The staff has been so helpful and efficient.
The apartment community is so beautiful! I'm just a few days into my lease and I'm thankful to be in a serene setting and being taken care of by the lovely staff at The Knox. The Maintenance Team is on top of everything and the grounds are well maintained.

I recently moved into The Knox and I can't say enough how impressed I was and continue to be with the Leasing Office Administrative Staff. So helpful with everything from A to Z. I haven't lived in an apartment for a very long time and was quite anxious about it. The process was very smooth. Also, a big shout out to the Maintenance Supervisor, Ryan. Very friendly, professional and helpful. He was at my apartment in 10 minutes of placing the work order!! My future at The Knox is looking bright!!

I can share my experience with the application process. It was fairly extensive, as the property uses ApproveShield, a third-party company to vet potential tenants. While my experience with ApproveShield was generally positive, the process took a bit longer than expected. If you’re in a rush, you may want to pay for the turbo option to speed up approval, as the standard timeframe is up to 5 business days. Throughout the touring, application, and move-in process, I received helpful assistance from Shelby and Cassie. After the tour, I was excited about the community and ready to move in. However, I do wish the leasing staff communicated more proactively—either via email or phone—about the status of my application & keeping me informed on what to expect next. As for the unit itself, I’m loving it! I have a 1-bedroom, 1-bath apartment, and the view from my balcony is stunning. The property is beautifully maintained, and I appreciate how well they keep everything looking great.
It's a great place to live and we have an amazing view of trees, sunsets and mountains (far away but still visible). We both are absolutely loving it here
Very nice living experience, nice apartment good surroundings plenty of parking shopping areas and Eaton areas about 10 minutes from downtown Woodstock close to work very enjoyable
Great community. Very neat and inviting.the response time to fixing concerns or problems is swift and very effective. Highly recommend and I will definitely recommend friends and families to this KNOX.
