Property Ratings at The Knolls
I stayed in the apartment for more than 3 years and the stay was good. But beware of the management when you vacate the apartment. I got a email stating that I have to pay back more than 1300$ as part of cleaning and other paint job. The most shocking part was that I never got a physical mail of the invoice and after an year after the only email about the invoice, I got mail from property collections stating that the amount was sent to debt collector. I would strongly urge anyone planning to move to the apartment to take a pictures of the apartment when you move in and ask the management when they last painted it so that they wont rip you off as they did to me.

The Knolls is a nice community but the common areas are a bit run down. It could use a facelift with some new grass or turf to fill in all the dead grass.
If you want a quiet and safe place to live, surrounded by nature then The Knolls is the place to be.
The Knolls is a lovely place to reside. The property backs up to open space and is conveniently located to nearby shopping and freeway access. You have a sense of nature in a suburban setting.
The people here are friendly and the neighborhood is beautiful and clean. I love how many dogs are being walked and how many families are each day around the community, it really feels safe here. The apartment has high-quality sound isolation and the gym, pools, other amenities are high-quality as well. I've quickly fallen in love with this community.

The Knolls is a great place to live! There is a sense of community and safety without crossing boundaries. Although the landscaping is in need of some attention in certain areas the overall amenities are terrific! The location is central to everything that the surrounding communities offer as well as access to freeways.

The apartments even though they are a little dated are very big and very comfortable. The layouts are great and it is so quiet and tranquil in the complex. I really love it and I hope to live here for many years to come.

The management does not care about the residents and always find ways to take advantage of tenants. the raised raised rent 9% last year. they're not there to help.
The third floor hallways are littered with peoples junk and filthy
The Knolls is a pleasant place to live. My experience is positive. The staff is nice and the maintenance is kept up nicely.
Clean, nice, and well kept! The Knolls is one of the nicest apartment complexes out there and all of the staff are very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend!
We have had a total of three issues that needed a repair in our apartment. Once we contacted the office they were very quick to come up with a time that worked for Raul and Carlos and us. They were quick and very nice. The issues were resolved very quickly as well.
After selling my home, my heart was broken. I truly didnt think I could find a place that I could call home. I have three teenage daughters and we all agree that we love living at The Knolls.
So far, it appears that maintenance issues are not checked before moving in.

Great management. The community and the amenities at the Knolls make it a great place to live and I dont plan on leaving anytime soon.
Look for some other options. This is not a place for you to call home. You will be ripped off, disrespected, make your money worthy looking for a better place to live.
We love it here! we've lived here almost 11 years. We live upstairs and we are nestled in by the trees. It's very private and our neighbors are great!
Property seems to be well maintained
I've lived there over 10 years and I enjoy it.
Poor management and customer service. Numerous repairs, 16 significant repairs in 6 months and not completed in a timely manner. Constantly needing to fix things and inconvenience tenants for their taking short cuts, hiring ill equipped and untrained staff. Management will tell you to figure out problems on your own and “research” online things that they are responsible as landlords to take care of. Strongly recommend not living here.

The Knolls is an okay apartment community. The maintenance and office staff is what makes this property nice.
Needs a lot of work, but could be done with some sincere concern and communication with the tenants!

The Knolls is a wonderful place to live. Our neighbors are inviting, staff is courteous, professional, and efficient, and the facilities are greatpool, tot lot, greenery around.
