The Kinloch

Just moved in to Kinloch. Overall the staffs were very cooperative and friendly. Moving in was very smooth and the community is very active.

So far I love it! Staff and management are great! Community is very friendly. Grounds are well maintained and look beautiful. Building is clean. Wish there was more closet space overall but especially the bathrooms. I’m liking the apartment very much the more I put it together and decorate.

I have lived at the kinloch for almost 2 years now and couldn’t be happier to call it home! The people are extremely nice, the staff is incredible and always address any questions or concerns in a timely manner and it is the perfect quiet community!

My move in was very smooth the people in the leasing office ( Justin and Sidney ) are very accommodating and will go out of their way to help you

Best place I’ve lived at . Management cares about their tenants , there was a free icecream truck , Panera breakfast among other fun things .

I love staying here as its pet friendly and smoke free. The apartments are spacious and clean. All the amenities are there like gym , pool and a club. It has a proper clean walking area too. Moreover, the service requests are completed on time. Overall its a nice place to live.

Living at the kinloch has been such an incredible experience. We have such a great community of people and staff is always friendly! Having such a great community makes me never want to leave!

I had the most wonderful tour at the Kinloch today . Justin gave a phenomenal and informative tour ! I had been touring many apartments around the area and just stumbled upon kinloch while I was driving . I called the office and came right in for a tour . This place is exceptional. It’s clean, extreamly modern and the floor lay out was stunning . I didn’t feel any pressure or obligation to immediately choose these apartments from Justin. He was transparent , friendly and made apartment hunting which is very stressful , relaxed and easy. His top notch service and the ambiance of the complex are going to make me sign this lease. I felt so comfortable and at home already. If anyone is looking for a place to move to , please consider Kinloch, and visit Justin -you will not be disappointed.

I am so happy I renewed my lease at the Kinloch. The people in the community are so incredibly friendly and it is overall just a nice place to call home.

Things have gone downhill the past year in this community. With the biggest issue being obnoxious noisy neighbors with nothing truly being done about it. In the past I would have recommended this community to friends and people I know but that has recently changed. The one thing I do like are the amenities, such as the Gym and Clubhouse. Plus there are several restaurants within a short distance from the Community.

Quite and friendly place. Nice gym. Good locations overall. Staff is very helpful. Very pet friendly. Place is kept up well and staff also very quick.

Everything has been great since we moved in ! If we need something fixed they’re right on it! Justin snd Kaylee are great! Very warm and friendly!

We are very new to the community but so far we have thoroughly enjoyed living here!! We are really looking forward to meeting the other residents and taking advantage of all our amenities.

I have now been here almost a year and cannot wait to renew for next year. The complex is clean and quiet and all staff are incredibly nice and helpful.

Everyone is friendly from the office to the people . The fitness center is nice and so is the pool. We enjoy having the grill to use also! It’s also well maintained. We’re notified when gatherings are happening.

I have lived at the Kinloch for about 6 months now and I still continue to love it and am grateful to call it home. I do wish the pool was open later that just 11-8 but that has been the only gripe.

The Kinloch feels like you’re on vacation full time. The environment is welcoming. There’s everything you can think of for amenities from a pool to a grooming room for your pets, and everything in between. Honestly the place has been a dream.

We have had a great experience living at the Kinloch. It is a family friendly community with lots to offer including great amenities, modern appliances, lots of outdoor spaces, and superb staff. It is a safe, quiet place to live and we recommend to anyone interested.

Beautiful facility with resort amenities. Friendly staff. Units are very modern and welcoming. Fellow reidents are super helpful. Gym & clubhouse are awesome.

I’ve only been living here for two days now and I absolutely love it!!! The other residents are so nice, the property staff are amazing and I love how safe and relaxing this community feels! Never had a place feel more like home!

Living at the Kinloch has been nothing but a positive experience thus far. It is in a great location close to the highway yet set far enough away that it maintains a quiet, safe atmosphere. There are great local restaurants and shops nearby. The property itself is well maintained and the staff are very friendly. It is a great community to be part of.

It’s quiet and peaceful. I love the convenience of everything nearby. So far everyone I’ve met, has been pleasant and helpful, making the transition easy.

Living here is stress free. Maintenance team is quite responsive. The common areas are maintained well. Have a pretty big clubhouse and gym.

It is a very nice neighborhood. The amenities are very good. The place is well located and well connected with major highways. Easy access to major shopping centers.

These are great apartments in a great area.The Appliances are new.The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond.

My family has lived in The Kinloch for 3 years. The amenities including pool, office and fitness are very nice and comfortable for us. All staff is also friendly.

The Kinloch continues to be a great place to live. It is in an ideal location right off the highway yet tucked back so that it is quiet and has a close community feel. The amenities like the gym and pool area are well kept and easy to use. The people within the community as well as the staff are welcoming and kind. Maintenance is responsive and helpful. I would recommend The Kinloch to anyone looking for a new apartment.

We have lived here for four tears now. We live living here. It is very quiet and peaceful here. Ot ia a very safe neighborhood. The living space is also good.

Being a new resident, less than a month, my experience of The Kinloch has been favorable thus far. Any staff I've had interactions with have been friendly, helpful and a positive impression they want to address your questions or concerns. One big dissapointment I have is the condition of the common areas in building I live in. I don't know if custodial service is performed by employees of management company or out sourced to cleaning company but hallways, elevators, window of common areas are dirty and in desperate need attention. Would really like to see this addressed.

The unit is spacious, clean, and updated. They also offer a garage for an additional cost which is great for winters. Additionally, everyone here is very friendly. It is a safe and comfortable environment to live in.

This is a nice complex with pretty good amenities. Office staff is nice and responsive. My only reason for giving 3 stars is my hot water goes out at least once a month, and at one point it was going out sooner than that. Maintenance is responsive and usually comes right out to fix it right away. But I’ve requested to have the hot water system replaced so that this can stop happening and they have not done so. It’s very inconvenient to have to call maintenance every time this happens.

We were living on the apartment for the last two years and is really nice. The administration is nice and complete request in a timely basis. Area is clean, quiet.

Good location close to shopping, restaurants, schools. The Gym is nice with really good equipment and the community is relatively quiet. Majority of neighbors are friendly and the one of my favorite parts about this community is its a non-smoking community. Only downside is part of the property was built on wetlands so the buildings are already settling. There is also the occasional power outage which is more frequent than anywhere else I've ever lived. ( The last 2 points were the reason for the 4 stars.)

So far we have found this community is a best experience living here. We have a nice club house which we can rent for parties, swimming pool which we can use during summer.

In the short time we have been here everyone has been so welcoming. It is clear what a great community The Kinloch is. The staff has been very helpful, ensuring we have everything we need. The amenities and grounds are wonderful. We are looking forward to life at The Kinloch.

I have stayed here for the past 4 years and have never felt unsafe. I like this neighborhood and the proximity to major shopping places and Nashua is just 15 minutes away. Overall a nice and pleasant experience.

Kinloch is a very welcoming community. We feel right at home with our wonderful neighbors! Although we dont have dogs we thoroughly enjoy meeting our four foot neighbors.

Excellent apartment complex, everything in and ouside is well maintained. Reasonably quiet and has a nice dog park area and walking path around the property

I have been staying in this apartment for the past 4 years. I like the place. The staff is good. The neighborhood also safe and located close to most of the places. But I would like to suggest to have a play area for the kids. There is no place for the kids to play.

The move in process was so easy and great! The Kinloch was so welcoming and I’m excited to be a part of this community! Everyone was so friendly and helpful and it’s been such a positive experience!

Pros: The apartments are very nice inside- everything feels brand new (because it is). The trees are beautiful outside, and the ambiance is quiet and peaceful. The maintenance men are very quick, responsive, and helpful. We've never had a problem they couldn't fix (except for water- see below) or didn't get to in a timely manner. Cons: Rent is very expensive, and no matter how much you pay, you can't buy neighbors with virtue. We've had trouble with things being stolen from us (in the bike barn), a strong smell of marijuana in our hallway, and dogs/people barking/yelling loudly on a regular basis. Lastly, we've had a terrible time getting clean drinking water here. Our water varies from light yellow to dark brown at times. We've had a representative from the apartment as well as the Chelmsford water district out here, and it seems like we will just "have to live with it"- though we've made the decision to move, so we won't be living with it.

Nice facilities, but the matenence team (when you occasionally need them) is the real star! They address issues within 24 hours. Dog friends with a dog park and walking paths

Love living here. Everything about this place has made my family very happy. The office staff is very attentive to this growing community. Definitely recommend this place.

Tony from Maintenance and the girls in the front office are always very helpful and friendly. Grounds are well kept. Neighbors are great. It'd be even better if there was a small children's play set instead of a fenced in dog area , whereas everyone walks their dogs around the premises but otherwise it's been great.

I lived on the apartments for more than a year. I loved the area, my apartment is so quiet. The administration is super nice, all the maintenance work orders are solved in less than 24 hours. The team also maintains the common areas super clean.

It is a nice apartment to live in. It is very neat and clean. The trash is regularly picked up and there is video surveillance to discourage random dumping of furniture in the trash area which makes it a nice place to stay in. Or ese some apartments have the furniture overflowing in their trash areas.
