The amenities are unreal as well then entire place was clean and well kept. Danielle gave us the tour and she was the best! Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Not a single question went unanswered. Thank you Danielle we will be back.

My parents moved here last year in the middle of the whole COVID pandemic. I have been nothing, but impressed every time I have come to visit them. The Kingson is beautiful! My mother has enjoyed how beautiful the trees and flowers are and my father has enjoyed being able to have a garage. If you are looking for a great place this is it! The price has been great for them even with the renewal they just had.
Property Manager at The Kingson, Responded To This Review
We are delighted to hear your parents are feeling right at home in our beautiful community! It's wonderful that your mother loves the appealing grounds and your father enjoys his garage. We love taking care of our residents, so please reach out anytime we can be of assistance.
My family loves living here! The leasing office staff is amazing. Brittany, Stephanie, and Lexi make a great team. They go over and beyond to make living here fun by creating community-building activities for the residents. The apartments are in a perfect location...close to 95 and shopping. The units are nicely built with large closets, lots of windows, and city views. The fitness center, security gates, and car wash area are only a few of the community features that make a difference! By far, this is the nicest apartment community that my family has lived. It is not only new, but a safe and relaxing place.

This management company is consistent with the following: performing monthly fire alarm inspections without clear explanation; ignoring smoking in parking lots and around buildings; and allowing trash and filth to remain in building hallways for weeks at a time. On-site smoking is a losing battle. Management has not taken on this issue seriously and has been unwilling to enforce its Smoke-Free policy. There are no consequences for violators; there is no video surveillance around buildings; no signage posted on property; there are no fines imposed; no foot patrols, or any other deterrents. This problem is disregarded resulting in smoke entering the dwellings and buildings on a frequent basis. Cigarette butts and empty cigarette packaging has been found on the property sidewalks, lawns, and private patios. There is a double-standard of COVID-19 safety protocols to protect staff in the office, which is not practiced with maintenance and third-party companies prior to entering resident homes. The leasing office phone system is set up in such a way for the staff to see the owner name of the number calling. Attempting to report a metal pole crashing down from an upper floor balcony via phone and email, was never responded to by office staff; and many hours had passed by before the pole was retrieved. A request to check a malfunctioning gate fob opener went unanswered for days - only until after approaching the office manager in person. A request to have a furnace filter changed after three months of residency (essential for a healthy living environment) took six months for maintenance to finally perform this routine task. A demonstrated pattern of poor response rates; poor written communications and follow-up notices from office staff, occurred on numerous occasions. It is the duty and responsibility of Management and Upper Management to step up and take any necessary measures to correct obvious deficiencies so that residents can experience complete safety and enjoyment of the housing and amenities that they fully expect, and are paying for. The one individual who I consistently witnessed working diligently about the property is the maintenance/grounds keeper. In summary - the true measurement of successful property management is retention of its residents, as opposed to glorified reviews that may, or may not, be legitimate. I would recommend that consumers shop the market for a better value.
I moved in here almost a year ago, like any apartment living youāre going to have your ups and downs. But honestly there are too many pros here for the cons to make me rate this place lower than 5 stars. The ladies in the front office made my move in flawless. Every time I swing by the office for something there smiles are the first thing I see, I can be having a horrible day but the moment I see them they brighten up my day. They donāt treat you like a paycheck, here you arenāt just another tenant they go above and beyond here they treat you like family. Honestly as long as the prices are good Iāll be here for the long haul.
