Very expensive. I have recommended the apartments and even given tours but in the end for someone over 65 it proves to be too expensive.

Location is ideal; the JC Meadowbrook is a bonus; all encompassing clean, friendly staff and community, fitness center ideal, trash service, in house postal service, gated and covered parking, up to date decor, safe area and convenient to all needed services (banking, groceries, salons, restaurants, events, etc); Kessler staff are really dedicated. I've seen them use patience, intellect, compassion, and show equal regard and respect to all; we've had particularly excellent response from Ashli in the office and Dominic in maintenance. With full occupancy we are hoping rent will not increase. I feel privileged to live at the Kessler

I like the ammenities however the garage is filthy where I come into my new home on a daily basis and the fitness room smells of sewer. I have share these concerns more than once

Love the style of the apartments, the location in the park, and the office and maintenance staff go above and beyond in comparison to any place we've lived (which is many due to corporate relocation).

Would recommend due to aesthetic property, friendly staff, and unrivaled location. At times, we have had maintenance issues/tickets when we were told they would be handled, but received very little to no follow-up. It would take an act of running into a maintenance person in the halls to remind them of an issue to fix. Follow-up timelines are inconsistent.

I have recommended it to others. But have made them aware of the noise between apartments and so many dogs live here.

The amenities are great and the park setting is perfect. My husband would enjoy the park setting. He was familiar with it when the golf course was there. We both enjoy a view and this certainly has that.

I would recommend this community but would inform them to be on the top floor. I am on the 3rd floor and have a noisy neighbor above me. I would also avoid facing the pool area since the pergola lights are on all night. It's a little annoying when trying to sleep.

The complex is very well thought out. There are many amenities and the staff is always there to help answer questions. The social activity is a very nice touch for tenants to get to know each other. It's a very pleasant place to live. I am really enjoying it!
