The Kensley Apartments

I lived there for 2 years. I was fortunate enough to have been there when Jessica was the manager. She went above and beyond to meet the needs of the tenants. She left like every other manager, and maintenance personnel. The causes of them being incapable of keeping the proper personnel is with the corporate office and needs to be addressed. Then, honestly it would deserve a 5 star rating.

Black mold in the apartment and no manager or maintenance person will call back or come by. Making the entire family sick. In urgent care today again . Just feel helpless and like no one here actually cares. the mold is so bad we cannot use that bedroom or bathroom, it smells bad and is several layers thick. weve reported it dozens of times and they will not take care of it.

We love our apartment here. We have lived here for 2 years and absolutely love the area. The apartment itself is great. We have a 3/2 and it’s more than enough space for us and our kids. The living area is open and makes it comfortable. The bedrooms are nicely sized with 2 closets in the smaller bedrooms and 1 in the master with an en-suite bathroom. Nice layout. The porch and storage room are a nice bonus! The property manager, Jessica, is amazing! She really works hard to get everything done around here. She works all hours and is only a phone call away should you need anything. I’ve never waited more than an hour for a response from her in emergency situations. Our A/C went out and she had the on-call maintenance man at our apartment within the hour. He fixed it no problem. She really cares about her tenants and will go out of her way for you if you treat her with the same respect that she treats you. I give her an A ! Hope this helps you make your decision to live at The Kensley Apartments easier.

The Kensley's is a great apartment complex to live in. I was very impressed with the floor plan they have because it includes lots of space in the main bathroom and bedroom areas. Not to mention you get to live in a nice community surrounded by a friendly family atmosphere. Also,the property manager at the Kensley's named Jessica, does an awesome job-Thumbs up for her being there for her tenants in problem solving, trash and clean up concerns,and she handles all communications with the up most respect for us who must pay rent there or need things fixed. I enjoy being a tenant at the Kensley's and recommend them highly. Including Praise to an excellent property manager, for always listening to what concerns us at the Kensley's. You have definetly kept the Kensley's apartments up and running smoothly compared to what other property managers we had in the past did. Thanks Jessica for that!!

WORST apartment ever!!! There's rarely anyone in the office, property isn't kept up, managers (regional & district) are rude, maintenance isn't ever done no matter how long you have complained, their hitting people w/ extra fees, pool bathrooms have been bolted shut all summer due to no one cleaning them, the fence around pool has been broken & instead of fixing it they put a sign up no to enter,dumpster has been broken for months, etc. When you call corporate to complain the regional manager, Nichole Amos, personally calls you back to stop harassing! They don't care about the residents here! People are unaware of how bad it is till it's too late! The manager of housing board in Foley has stopped by to take pictures & called Hall Housing stating she'd fall this property but again NOTHING has been done!

This has to be the worst management and unprofessional apartment manager that I have ever came in contact with, just to start off. First, the property isn't well kept. The dumpster trash is always overflowing. The apartments are going down due to lack of maintenance, because no ones seems to care and back on the apartment manager. How rude is it for a person to talk to you with there back towards you and to have a nasty attitude. I don't know what happen to the last managers, but Hall's Apartments should replace her with someone who know how to deal with the public, obliviously she has no customer service skills and would be better off stuffing envelopes from home. Warning, if you don't have to rent here, DON"T.
