I have been living here for almost a year and have loved it so much. The amenities are my favorite part and extremely pet friendly!
The Kelly on 23rd is hands down the best place to live in Panama City. The staff is super responsive, respectful, and always friendly. The amenities and location are top-tier, and honestly, no one’s touching them regarding it. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable spot to call home :)

Living at The Kelly on 23rd Street has been nothing short of amazing! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and truly feels like home. The apartments are modern, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, everything from the pool area to the common spaces makes everyday living comfortable and enjoyable. What really sets The Kelly apart, though, is the team. Arianna, Devan, and Natasha are absolutely incredible! They’re friendly, professional, and always go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. Whether it’s helping with a maintenance request, answering questions, or just greeting you with a smile when you stop by the office, they make living here such a positive experience. You can tell they genuinely care about the community and the people who live here. I can’t recommend The Kelly enough, if you’re looking for a place in Panama City that combines beautiful living spaces with an amazing staff, and close proximity to all the fun downtown, this is it!

I just moved into The Kelly in Panama City and I really love it here. The apartments are super nice and feel brand new. Mine has a great layout, lots of natural light, and the kitchen is perfect for cooking. Everything feels modern and comfortable, which makes it easy to feel at home. The staff has been awesome too. From my first tour to move-in day, they’ve been friendly, helpful, and quick to answer any questions. They really made the process easy, which I appreciated. The amenities are another big plus. The pool area is beautiful and has a resort vibe, and the gym has everything I need. There are also nice spots around the community to relax or hang out with friends. The location makes it even better—it’s close to shopping, good restaurants, and just a short drive to the beach.

My building has issues with tenants being untidy with the hallways and outside area and there’s a lot of seed smoking going on. The pool needs cleaning so we don’t use it. The location of the community is awesome. The office staff is friendly and helpful.

I moved here because I loved this place. Great people and I get a kick out of all the dogs that stop by my patio. And I love Max who will stand outside and bark for me to come outside. And I can't get enough out of Louie, Franky and little Bunny. Of course I love when Jack and Sugar run away from Bob to come over and see me. I always have water for any of my fur babies that come in the heat.

Very disappointed with condition of the breezeway. Railings and fire extinguisher boxes are filthy. Never been wiped off. Elevator is dirty. Rarely swept out.

Just moved in and I love it. Very comforting and homey walking around. Only downside are all the spiders and roaches crawling around our apartment.
