Overall great experience so far. Very clean and nice amenities. Personally a fan of the EV charging and the gym
The Joule has been such a great move for me and my husband. The pool is such a nice amenity on hot days and the fitness center has kept us active every weekend (plus it saves having to pay for a gym membership!). We had a small maintenance issue the first week we moved in and the management team was so attentive and made us feel like a top priority. We’ll absolutely be renewing next year and look forward to hopefully staying here for many years to come!!
Joule Apartments has truly felt like home. From the moment we moved in, the staff made us feel welcome and supported. The community is peaceful, the neighbors are friendly, and the grounds are always clean and well-kept. I especially love how safe and quiet it feels — perfect for winding down after a long day. The amenities are great for a small family. Our son loves the pool, and while there isn’t a playground on-site, we often take him to Elizabethtown Nature Park or Freeman Lake to run around and play — especially with our dog in tow! Speaking of our pup, it’s such a bonus to have a dog park right here at Joule. And the pet spa? A lifesaver when she gets a little muddy after lake adventures. Overall, The Joule is just a wonderful place to call home. We’re so glad we chose it.
The Joule is a 5 star community. It's so close to everything and the grounds and facilities are always clean and welcoming. The staff is so very warm and welcoming. They plan fun events that allow you to socialize. We love it here!
I don't normally write reviews but this apartment community continues to exceed my expectations! The office team is always happy and kind, which is a major change in pace from the last community I lived at. Maintenance issues are quickly resolved and I've never had to call back for incomplete work. I love my apartment, it's open and spacious plus there's plenty of storage. They also just expanded the dog park and I hear they are planning on adding toy/obstacles to it so my dog and I are looking forward to that. All in all, a great place to live. 10/10 would recommend

I have lived at the Joule for a year now. The quality of the amenities and the hospitality of the staff is unsurpassed in this market. I am very impressed with the level of services like smart locks, energy efficient HVAC, EV chargers, and a heated swimming pool! The grounds are always immaculate and the is a lot of greenspace to walk your dog or go for a jog. I think the Joule is a gem.

This is a very good place to live. Almost every important aspect of what you're probably looking for in an apartment, this place does, at the very least, to an acceptable level if not better. But there one major reason as to why I will be leaving, and that is the noise. It is ridiculous how often my whole unit is shaking from a neighbor slamming their door shut or simply stomping up/down the stairs. And that's not even mentioning the lottery you are playing with the neighbors directly above/below/beside you that can absolutely make your life miserable. If this place just added door closers to everyone's door, I MIGHT give this place 5 stars. Only other issue is the mail system here. It is quite often mail gets put in the wrong mailbox or packages left at the wrong door. Some blame definitely goes to the mailmen/ delivery people, but the labeling of people's addresses could be better.
