NeoCity is a small neighborhood on the coast of Lake Tohopekaliga, just minutes from downtown Kissimmee. Grocery stores, fast food restaurants, and public schools are abundant in the area. This is a beautiful property. The apartments are nice and spacious. I love the lake, pool area and game room area. I utilize the gym regularly and appreciate all of the equipment and spaciousness of the gym. Although we don't socialize much, the neighbors are pretty friendly. We are working professionals. When we come home, we love the beauty of the apartment and the calm around the firepit and pool.

Love the location

Jamison is great however parking is very very difficult at times because there a no spots at all open after 7pm some days there are kids in the parking lot playing sports (football,soccer) next to cars and can damage the vehicles if the ball hits them Other than that the Jamison is great!

Community is very clean and safe. When they say gated they really stay true to that description. The property isn't walking distance to a lot of things but is a close drive to plenty of supermarkets, eateries, entertainment and activities. 10 out of 10 recommend this location for the safety and cleanliness.

Very quiet complex. Leasing office staff are super nice. Tanisha was helpful and helped us with any questions we had. She was super accommodating on apartment showings and when we had a bit of a problem with an employer getting documents to leasing office but she took care of it and reassured us! Love the food trucks that come into the complex, they're convenient on days when you don't want to cook! Gym is a great size and pool is always peaceful.

The Jamison was honestly a great community at first when it was still new. Now, it's like whatever has to be maintained mostly on the outside is falling apart and the quality is not the same. One of the gates is always broken, the trash compactor has been out service for a while so the trash situation is not looking good at the time, which also makes the community not look as clean as it used to be, etc. The customer service is still fantastic from the team at the office though. If they can fixed a few things and stay on top of everything like they did before, the community will still be a great place like it was before.

Gossip and rude staff

The view of lake is beautiful, but this place has hidden fees, and they use the policy words against everything toward your complain, when you going to rent if you a family person, be careful because you can’t have anyone more than 2 days, let’s say you have a family member that moved from other place and they need to stay with you, they don’t allow it at all. Same with pool you can’t bring no more than 2 guest. Office staff is very rude and these women’s have attitudes, they live in the property and they are gossip and always have eyes on you. You rented a placed to have peace, you pay a lot of rent $ to have this kind of treatment, look somewhere else around, don’t let the temptation of the beauty’s of the place blind you from the real behind fraud this place has and way strict policy. Is not safe for dogs here because they allow Baby’s alligator in the lake. The gate is not safe anymore there always a car damaging the entrance gate they were so tired of fixing it every week that they decided to keep it open. People crash your car while it’s parked a car black car hit a red suv, someone crashed a black car few months ago and she was looking for the person who did it and nothing in parking lot and they did a hit and run like you gotta have a dash cam, someone blow my tires and I went to office and they didn’t do nothing about it. And I don’t mess with anyone, I work and come home. I can’t wait to leave this place. They charged you 2 month rent in policy when you break the lease because they know at the end most people they can’t stand living here for the complete year do to their charge fees, by saying you violate the policy regarding to having a family or etc… or not able to afford the lease because is to way expense when it comes water bill, they charge you a lot of money for the trash. Like this place has to be the last of your options to rent.

Hello! Everybody here at the office is always ready to help and explain the issues, we also don't have hiden fees, everything is explained to you when you come to tour or when you are a resident. When you are getting ready to move in we explain to you our guidelines that are signed and agreed upon move-in, also about the penalties in case you have to pay when break the lease contract. You as a resident or past resident should be happy that everybody in the office have pride and we are proud to take of The Jamison as our own home. As anywhere you go you have rules to follow. Poor communication.

Poor communication all around from the leasing staff. I was working with Ashley in regards to a three bedroom unit that was available. I made it clear that we are moving from TN and would be able to move in until July. we toured the unit, loved it, paid 400 dollars to apply to later hear from her that we had to move in ASAP. no where was this stated when we spoke. She offered to put us(a family of 5, 3 toddlers) into a 2 bedroom in the HOPES a three bedroom opens. So now we are out 150 dollars due to their negligence. Very disappointing.

I love my apartment!

The community is so beautiful! The pool is just gorgeous and the gym, omg with all the free weights, I can't complaint. Everybody from the office is super nice and cordial, they are way better then my last community. I love living at The Jamison!

Living here isn’t luxury like they say, the people that live here can be abrasive and inconsiderate - they speed in the parking lots and will park in your reserved spot and front office doesn’t help. Towing will come late, and front office is late at getting back to you with questions or concerns. I’ve had mold in my apartment the past month and nothing has been done to resolve the problem and I’m allergic to it.

The jamison is a very beautiful community, it’s just hard to say it’s a great place to live when simple things like mold on the ceiling just gets covered up with paint and people are paying thousands of dollars in rent to live here.

I love living at The Jamison. The Jamison provides so many amenities beyond the expectations. Pool, with area for Bar-b-que, Fire pit, business center, exercise room with top of the line equipment, the Amazon Hub, elevators, storage available. My apartment is spacious with plenty of closet space, beautiful large guest and master bathrooms, washer & dryer in unit all fantastic. Amazing screened in balcony with lots space! I love it here
