The new owners are making a ton of awesome improvements! Updated apartments, cleaned the courtyard, new picnic tables for outdoor hangouts under the trees. The whole vibe of the Jackson is different and positive. I am loving the direction it’s headed. I also heard a new laundromat is under way in the premises which I am very much looking forward to. Come check it out.
The newly renovated units are great! When I compared other similarly priced units, there was no comparison to the quality of the Jackson Units. I also like that maintenance is pretty quick to respond to repair requests
The new management has done a great job renovating the property and giving some of the best units for the price in all of Lubbock. The apartment homes are spacious and clean. Right now they are offering great move-in specials.
