first things first maitenance was fast. we put in a request and he was there within the hour. Also the gym is always clean. hallways smell good and so far so good for me.

From the very beginning, my experience with The Ivy has been nothing short of incredible. As someone who values efficiency, comfort, and a sense of community, I can confidently say that The Ivy has exceeded my expectations in every way. The entire process from first inquiry to move-in day was quick, seamless, and even enjoyable. Now that I’m officially a resident, I couldn’t be more excited to call this place home.

Going great so far! After living here for 9 months I am getting adjusted to the area. Staff here will help you out if they can with recommendations or info about the area.

I just moved in a week ago and so far everything is pretty perfect! I’m so glad I moved here. It is such an upgrade from where I was living!

The Ivy and especially Alfredo have made my move from my current apartment to my new apartment seamless. Alfredo makes The Ivy! His experience and knowledge is unmatched!

Apartments are located in a great place next to many grocery stores! Staff and neighbors are extremely kind and helpful! All amenities are great and a good time!

Apartment community is great, they’re nice and seem to be eager to meet new people. However, there are some times where the apartment hallways (carpets and floors) could be more clean. Other than that, everything else is great.

It was amazing! We had an amazing time moving in and everyone was so helpful and kind. We love all the amenities and activities in the area.

The Ivy has by far been the best apartment homes I’ve lived in. Great community and staff. Staff and management are very responsive to your questions and needs.

It’s home and I love where I live. For the most part my neighbors are friendly and respectful. The staff is great and the facility is clean inside and out.

enjoy the place. lots of room. we put in a maintence request and they were here in 10 min. The gate is very simple and the coffee is clutch.

Great location and love the amenities. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful! Staff and maintenance do a great job. Only downside is walls are a little thin.

I’ve been living here roughly 6 months and this is the best complex I have lived in. The community is clean, safe, and you feel extremely secure living here. The staff, especially Alfredo, is friendly and always willing to help. 10/10 recommend.

Every time I need something taken care of the manager has been very helpful. All of my questions get answered and if they don’t she follows up them.

Staff is wonderful. Drew with his crew do a wonderful job. Roberto what a great representative for the community. And to the pool guys getting the heater going again.

Very great location surround by stores and plenty to do. Staff is very nice and neighbors are extremely sweet and helpful. Has some good amenities such as pool table and coffee station

The apartment was clean when we moved in, felt very welcomed by majority of the leasing agents and managers. Spacious kitchen, amazing amenities. Overall love the space.

The amenities are worth it and the staff are wonderful but the neighbors smoking in a non smoking building is an issue. Especially the Marijuana smoking...ugh

I love it here. Been here for 3 years but I can say for the last 2 it has been a lot of changes & more people have moved in that are some what careless.

Good community of residents and helpful staff. Neat clubhouse with useful amenities. Located by almost everything you need sandwiched between 2 major grocery chains.

A great community to live in. Also located near plenty of grocery stores. The staff and maintenance are extremely helpful and the neighbors are so sweet. Do wish that some of the amenities worked better.

The ivy apartment homes is the place to be! From the kindness of the front staff, the flexible and amazing amenities, to the beautiful interior, the Ivy is amazing.

The staff here and especially Roberto go above and beyond for the residence. Also a shout out to the maintanance crew. Andrew and is crew are efficient, responsive and polite. Great place to live.

Best manager Katrina, she treats you like family. ALFREDO ASST MGR, is the Best, with Jasmine, both are attentive and Professional! Maintenance Mr. ANDREW Chamberlain and super friendly Mel keep everything running smoothly. Great community feel, friendly caring residents. Clean, Professional outstanding!!!

Such a great community with sweet and very helpful staff and neighbors. A great locations with stores nearby. Good amenities with opportunity to rent out spaces for activities

I love it here! It’s peaceful and have friendly staff and people! They are quick at responding to your maintenance requests! There’s no place like home!

The amenities are super nice, my favorite is the dog park, dog spa, & the pool! Maintenance is pretty on top of things as well, very quick response time.

So Far, it has been amazing. We Love our apartment. A few kinks here and there but the staff are incredibly attentive. Very clean and the amenities our great!

Whatever the issue is the staff here will do anything in their power to resolve it as soon as possible. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to live this is it.

Great manager Katrina, she cares! Asst manager Alfredo is Mr IVY! Assistant agent Jasmine is great! Grounds are well kept. Great Maitennance staff Mel and Andrew!!! Free coffee, hot chocolate. Nice Clubhouse, and Event party room, with commercial stoves and oven. Beautifull pool with numerous commercial gas Grills. Katrina ensures that The Ivy is 5 stars!!!

I love living in building 1. My neighbors are friendly and always respectful. It is clean and the office staff are great. ?? The grounds are beautiful and there is plenty to do in the neighborhood.

Great place to live! You will love it here. I’ve been here since they opened in 2020. I have seen every change in the last four years, and it’s been a great experience!

Great apartments. I have neighbors with kids and dogs and there's a railroad about 2 miles away and the noise is hardly noticeable. The buildings are solidly made - high quality. The pool is beautiful. The gym and recreation areas are modern. The lounge and business areas are comfortable and inviting.

Living at The Ivy has been wonderful, from the helpful staff to the amenities! The apartment homes are wonderfully appointed and I never hear my neighbors!

Just today there were wadded up socks and a puddle in the elevator. Someone left a whole trash can in there before. Once the elevator had fried rice all over the floor. This complex could be so much better if we could stop leaving trash in the hallway all weekend, and if we could stop doing gross things in the elevator, and if we could stop letting dogs do their business on the sidewalk AND the grass (there’s no safe place to walk outside!) A couple of cheap cameras stationed in the elevator and around the entrances to the building would help find the lowlifes trashing our complex.

Very nice community and lovely staff. Everyone is very friendly and absolutely love the coffee machine. Apartment buildings are well kept and very nice inside

I like how they updated the gym and got a new coffee machine for us. The clubhouse is an amazing place to just get together or to have friends over to workout

Alfredo was absolutely phenomenal. Helpful and friendly and was able to assist me Find theperfect apartment. The only downside I have found is the water pressure is not good.

My move in was great until I found grain beetles in my drawers and pantry. I’ve found them every day since I’ve been here. Had to throw away all of my groceries after I had just went grocery shopping because they were in my food. I asked for a new unit and couldn’t get it so I’m apparently just stuck. Everything else has been great, I love the apartment overall and the amenities. I just wish my concerns were heard considering it was my first night in the apartment.

The amenities are nice, & the area close by everything good restaurants & shopping. Like the dog park the most & spa. My dog loves that too.

I love living here! Everyone is super helpful and very friendly. The apartment is in a good area, which makes you feel a lot safer! Maintenance request are quick and such an easy process.

This has been an amazing and refreshing experience. The community is beautiful and well maintained, staff is AMAZING, maintenance lives in the community as well and are incredible. Most of all, this place is just safe. Your neighbors are friendly and community events encourage you to meet one another. Absolutely thrilled to live here.

The staff at the Ivy is fantastic and responsive! Maintenance issues in building 1 that has gone unnoticed: unfinished painting of walls in the stairwell on first floor, damaged/ chipped and unpainted baseboards in clubhouse corridor. Residents apartment front doors need painting / severely chipped/ scratched. Trip hazard: Floor strip on first floor near elevator need repair.

These apartments have treated us very well. The amount of square footage for the price is hard to beat. The amenities are nice with the occasional minor issue, but nothing too big to complain about! The apartments were really quiet and peaceful until we got upstairs neighbors… if you want to avoid noisiness then I’d recommend looking for a 4th floor unit to protect your peace. We have recommended this complex to many friends and I would recommend it to anyone!
