So far really good! Haven't tried out all the stuff this place has to offer but It's a nice place. Wish the kitchen sink was a bit deeper though.

i have been living here for a month so far this is what i have to say about the hue so far. the location is nice if you are going out at night especially on the weekends. the isue with the location is that if you want to go to the accademic buildings there is olny one bus that dosent go to all the buildings. if you like walking than that will not be an issue. all utilities are included except trash wich is nice. there are tons of events here at the hue however the emails for the events are sometimes sent out last minute. if ou have a car or bike i reccomend bringing it with you because the busses are not always reliable. if you have verision i reccomend switching to tmoble if you move here because verision usually does not work in these buildings you do have a student discount. the wifi is was really weard to set up. i reccomend making shure your first day after movein here is free so you can work with the office to get your wifi set up

The apartment itself is very pretty, although extremely overpriced, even if you're just renting a room. while the staff is friendly, the building rules are insane. Having to pay 100$ if you get locked out of your apartment and lock you into your lease, unable to get out. when I moved in my room was extremely dusty and black mold was going in my bathroom, when I complained I was told it was just algae (when it was clearly mold)

As someone who lived in the SCAD dorms, this place is 100x better. I love it here! The rooms are a perfect size for privacy and having a private bathroom is awesome! The kitchen is big and perfect for cooking meals and the cabinets can fit so much food to last you a while. They also have 2 gyms, one big - one small, a pool, a coffee machine and 2 outdoor decks. They even provide computers and a printer. Oh! And don't forget the snack shack! It's like a personal 7/11. I reccomend this place to all my friends! The leasing office is always helpful and kind. Oh! And they have a maintenance team that is super fast! Best place I've lived in!

The community is great, everyone at the Hue is nice and helpful. The gym and printers have been extremely convenient, however the pool is not as clean and the valet service sometimes delay on trash pick ups. The fire alarms would always go off at the worst times and the elevators were always buggy. However, I did enjoy my stay at the hue because of the convenience of the location as well as the accommodating management team.

The Hue is an expensive and partially poorly run apartment complex. We had multiple issues while living there with the wifi, and only recently did they end up supplying us with a decent connection. The staff themselves are great, while the prices are extremely high. Good place to stay for a year or so, but you can find cheaper else where with better amenities

Not renewing my lease. I would have considered staying if parking and rent weren’t so expensive ALONG WITH the disaster that is the fire alarms. I’ve lost count of how many times the alarms have gone off due to malfunction in my 2 years living here. It’s infuriating.

It’s not a bad place to live. One of the downsides is that it is really expensive for college students, I’ve had 2 roommates move out because they can’t afford it. Also, there is no way to terminate your lease, you can only sublet. If you can’t find a replacement, there is a waitlist for management to find someone but you still have to pay rent until they find someone. Positively, it is a good location and close to a few class halls and bus routes.

In the year i’ve been here, I’ve really enjoyed the amenities on the third floor. I appreciate how active and engaging the management team is. I feel safe and cared for. Maintenance requests are addressed nearly asap and everything has been smooth sailing since I moved in. My only issue is the trash service and the package room (although I understand the inconsistency because of external factors). This doesn’t really hinder my experience at the hue, overall it is great

I honestly enjoy staying at the hue. It’s not the most lavish apartment setting but it is very homey and the staff are super sweet. I haven’t had any issues with my personal apartment and it’s an overall good first apartment experience.

I've been residing in this apartment community for some time now, my experience has been a mix of positives and drawbacks. On the bright side, the location is convenient, with easy access to local amenities and public transportation. The coffee machine in the apartment is good, adding a small but appreciated touch to my daily routine. However, the overall quality of the apartment falls short of expectations. Maintenance response times are somewhat sluggish, and the facilities could use some updating. The walls and doors are lacking in their ability to block out noise, which has been a recurring issue. While the basic necessities are met, there's room for improvement in terms of overall comfort. Plus, the package room is a mess as well. On a positive note, the community atmosphere is friendly. Overall I really love the hue and the amenities provided. The wifi is pretty bad and there are some issues with ac problems and valet trash not being picked up.

A step up from student dorms and in a good location, only wish we had a way to get easier access to the bike room as you have to take your bike all the way through the lobby and then the parking garage to get there.

Staff- Super friendly and nice! They can answer any question and will always try to help you out. Please be nice to them! They’re so kind! Amenities- pretty awesome we get a gym and a pool all in the same building! It’s refreshing to go swimming after working out! Or just swimming in general! It is hot in Savannah after all! Plus there’s SNACKS!! And stuff to do outdoors! Parking. Pretty sweet and mega easy coming in and out of! Easy for guests and residents! The website is super easy to use and I can request maintenance and pay my bills in the same site. Makes it easier to live here! Our rooms have our own bathrooms which is nice! Also our apartments come with laundry room and a kitchen and a comment area. The living room is furnished which is niceee!

Very great first apartment complex to live in! I always feel a wave of safety around its premises, with the majority being colleagues of similar age as I. The staff are lovely and treat people fairly by filling them in on the apartment occurences, and are fast responders to any issues people bring up!

The Hue is a great place to live off campus since you get your private bedroom and bathroom, but you are still close to the campus. The staff that manage the building are super friendly and willing to help. There are great food options and shops close by within a small walk.

Staff asked me to write this review now that I am moving. I have lived here for three years while at SCAD. There have been highs and lows but any issue I've ever had they've taken care of the best way they can. The staff seems to care actually about us and the managers always call me by my name in the hallway so it's nice to feel like we aren't just money to them. My favorite amenity is the gym since they added so much new equipment after the renovations like the kick boxing machine and stair machine

Overall it's a decent apartment to live in. The price is a bit high for the location and the snack shack is rarely stocked. But otherwise, not much to complain about.

Facility is pretty good. The employees are nice. Some issues, but are generally quick to resolve. Garage and pool are nice and location is good.

Management and staff have really improved and grown over the small span of time I've lived here so far. Issues arise now and then with amenities and what not, and they get quickly resolved or steadily worked upon. For the cost, it is evident that our money goes into the improvement of the residency here, which is something that is great to see.

I have yet to move in yet, but everything up until that has been incredible. I can however base it on the tour. I recently had the pleasure of taking a tour of the magnificent hue, and I was absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, it was evident that this apartment building was on a whole new level of comfort. The tour began in the colourful lobby, tasteful artwork was present, and elegant furnishings set the tone for what was to come. The attentive and knowledgeable staff warmly welcomed me and provided a comprehensive overview of the building's amenities and features. As we explored the building, I was captivated by the meticulous attention to detail in every aspect of the design. The hallways were impeccably maintained, with chic lighting fixtures and tasteful decor. The units themselves were a true testament to comfort, boasting spacious layouts, and an abundance of natural light that created an airy and inviting atmosphere.

I wouldn’t go out of my way to recommend it here. I feel like it’s really expensive for all the low quality things. Maintenance is usually pretty fast which is nice.

Everything is great except the weak internet. Sometimes the internet just disconnects and it bothers me a lot, especially when it’s at night when most of residents stay at home and require the internet the most.

The Hue is nice student housing. The staff works hard to have events and amenities for residents and is communicative and helpful. Maintenance is professional and quick to respond. There have been some issues with the internet but the staff has clearly put a lot of work into getting that resolved and it is now being handled by a different 3rd party. It's nice to see staff address concerns about the lack of access to foot traffic given the number of residents without a car. Overall I have had no complaints, and The Hue is a much nicer and more private alternative to living in a dorm.

It’s a convenient place to live because it’s close to downtown, there are some academic buildings around and there are bus lines that pass by in front of the hue.
