Property Ratings at The Howard Apartments
I’ve been living here for just over two months now, and I’m still in awe of how beautiful the property is, especially the courtyard and pool area. It really feels like a vacation every day, and then I remind myself, "Oh wait, I actually live here!" The staff is wonderful, from the managers to the leasing team and maintenance. They’re always so helpful and friendly. At first, I was a bit unsure about the location since stores aren’t super close by, but now I’ve become best friends with delivery services. Overall, I’d definitely recommend living here!
The amenities are good, large pool area. The apartment units themselves are ok, but avoid 1st and 2nd floor if you want peace and quiet. Closets are poorly designed. They claim to be 100% smoke free property but people still smoke on their balconies and out in common areas, so don’t live here if that’s something you care about. Location in Manor/Pflugerville means there’s nothing interesting nearby, you’ll have to drive at least 15 minutes to any decent restaurant or even Starbucks, but commute to downtown is only 20-25 minutes on the toll roads.
