The Hogan is Missoula's newest home for active adults 55 and over. The Hogan was designed with the philosophy that life is improved by having a community of people around you that know and care about you. We have designed The Hogan to provide a safe home that honor’s your privacy and autonomy even as it encourages relationship-building and shared governance. Like other new and well-run apartment buildings, residents at The Hogan will enjoy convenient maintenance-free living in private studio or one-bedroom apartments. Unlike most other apartment buildings, The Hogan has abundant common areas throughout the building for residents to use communally if they choose to do so, including a large craft room and workshop, exercise rooms, common living areas, a spa room, spacious decks with incredible views, community gardens, and even common kitchens to share meals with friends if you choose to. Rents include all utilities, basic cable TV, and internet. All apartments include a 50 square foot storage locker.
