Property Ratings at The Hills at Milford Mill
I have mice, broken dishwasher, broken sink faucet, broken closet doors, broken mirrors in bathroom and ceiling stain from a leak. I have lived here so long, they don't think I will leave so they ignore my complaints. They act rude when I complain. I can't wait til my lease is up in August. I am fed up. I hate this place.
I LIVED 3300 Aurora Lane this place is mice infested its horrible know matter how much they exterminate the mice take over
Since I've moved in it's been a great experience. I just renewed my lease. The leasing office gets things done! Ms.Kim and Mr.Troy are the best! Whenever I have a problem in my apartment it gets done ASAP even a small problem. So I definitely recommend moving here.
This place is awful. I lived on 3408 Aurora Ln for almost one year. The building is infested with mice and roaches. There is mice droppings all over the counters and floors (even in the bedrooms!) I heard the mouse squeaking on the walls, and running in the apartment all night long. We have to set up our own traps but there are so many they never stop coming regarding of how many I caught. The hot water is spotty. I came home from work to no hot water at least 3 times a month. Neighbors complaints of bedbugs abounds! Management don't do a thing about the pests. Finally I had a baby and couldn't let the baby on the floor because of the mice. The positive reviews might be from the management because this place sucks. Don't come here! You will regret!!!
THIS PLACE HAS BEDBUGS and they do not cover the cost to deal with them. It came from a neighbor of above me and they refuse to help or do anything about it. The property manager told me that its my problem and they don’t pay for extermination of bed bugs. I advise anyone coming here to be cautious because bedbugs is a true problem at these apartments. No one is willing to help or solve he issues. I’m gonna have to leave my apartment and everything in it. I will be also consulting with an attorney as to my next steps. Do not move here!!!!!!!!
I'm a new resident in this area and the Lantern Hill Community has been nothing short of fantastic. From the application, approval and move-in process, the entire team treated me with care and respect. Special shout out to the leasing team and maintenance team for prepping my home for move-in. The neighborhood is peaceful and pleasant with children playing safely and members respecting one another. The secured building doors and laundry in each building are a re-assuring touch of security. The parking is wonderful too. You are about 8 minutes from the West Baltimore City Line and The GREAT Coppin State University. Hgwy 695 is literally 2 minutes away which will take you to 95, 295, 70 and 40. Large and small retail is roughly 10-15 minutes away and Grocery is about 5-10. The landscaping is well kept. I have noticed 0 pest and the furry family members seem to be trained with no waste on the grass. Looking forward to many months and years at this wonderful community! My apartment is just what I needed. I have a son and it's our first apartment alone and it's great. I have a one bedroom and a den apartment. My son sleeps in the den because he is only 6 and he doesn't really need closet space. However there are so many closets a girl can really get use to. The kitchen has a dishwasher so I can teach my son how to load the dishwasher. Also the living and dining area is roomy for the both of us.
