I’ve really enjoyed my experience at Highlands at Cherry Hill so far. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, which makes it feel welcoming the moment you drive in. The apartments are spacious with a modern layout, and the finishes give it a comfortable yet upscale feel.
I love the area, the apartments are very spacious and the neighborhood is very cozy. The workers are very friendly and helpful. The security is good and the atmosphere is very calm
Great apartment. A few dirty things here and there upon moving in and washer/dryer broke upon first use, but maintenance was kind and quick about fixing it. Front desk is welcoming and kind. Community is friendly. Overall a good experience.

It’s been great so far. The move in experience was fairly smooth. A few things were not working but they were promptly fixed. We’re looking forward to using the pool and the gym.

Excellent management and service from the front office to the service staff. Very efficient and never leave a mess. Fixed my garage door within 15 minutes of calling.
I have just moved into this apartment community, and it has been a fantastic experience. The sense of communication is exceptional. Great place. Staff and maintenance are super friendly and very efficient. My unit has everything I wanted and love having a garage. Common areas are very clean.
Everyone we have met have been very wonderful and welcoming. It was a very easy move in process and our apartment is great! We enjoy the quietness of the area but also the restaurants, shopping and convenience of traveling to where we need to go

I absolutely love it here! I only used a virtual tour to view the Waterford and not in person so it was much bigger than expected and exceeded my expectations. It’s very convenient as I am disabled with the trash and recycling not being a far distance and being on the first floor. It’s very quiet and private which is also a huge plus. My cats love it here too :)
this was a very easy process! it was clean with friendly staff. looking forward to my experience here as it has been a smooth move in process.
Just got me keys... The apartment was clean and ready to move in. The fitness room had all the machines I like to use. The community room is very inviting.

Great! Very strong sense of community. My only complaint is the lack of energy efficient appliances and central air that are in the classic units.
Es un condominio muy tranquilo, con una ambientación muy bonita y agradable con departamentos muy bien diseñados, con áreas comunes como gimnasio y piscina para el esparcimiento en el tiempo libre.

Quiet, clean, peaceful: a great place to transition to after owning a home. Great size bathroom, walk-in closet and living room. Closets in the front are tall enough for stacked storage. Happy so far with being here.

The office staff & maintains are very pleasant & quick to respond to request. They are very friendly & professional.. I’ve been here. We have been here 10 months with no issues. As seniors this is a nice quiet atmosphere.

Overall the apartment is very well maintained. the location is prime with good schools, day care and sports facilities very close by. Aprtment sizes and layouts are decent. The community is quiet and pleasant.

I enjoy living in my apartment here at The Highlands. It is clean and fairly quiet. Maintenance is always on the ball and friendly. Management is always thinking of ways to keep us informed and active. Neighbors are friendly and everyone looks out for each other.

My girlfriend and I have only been here a week and a half, but the staff has been more than accommodating with whatever we need. Whether it's the alarm system needing to be silenced, sink needing to be looked at, whatever the case is .. they're excellent! The ladies in the front office are super helpful

I honestly don't know what any of the negative reviews are about. I have lived here for over a year and the other residents are considerate and kind and you never hear a peep from anyone else's apartment. The managerial staff is excellent. Whatever you need they are not only able and willing but they are seem to know ahead of time your wants and needs and provide them to you. The maintenance staff is competent and remarkably helpful and available. The development is safe, convenient to everything and well-maintained - more so than any other place I have lived in Cherry Hill and beyond. And if you ask me where I can see living 5 years, 10 years or even 15 years down the road - if everything stays the same as I have just described previously - you will find me right here and still as happy as the day I moved in. I know this may sound like its impossible to enjoy your home as much as this - especially a rental - but after owning a house for 11 years this is just exactly what I need and I couldn't be happier.

I would recommend to family and friends because of the quality, the friendliness, the immediate attention to problems that may accure within the unit, maintenance is phenomenal! And because of the quietness :)
John and his staff have been very attentive and invested in addressing my maintenance needs.
John is absolutely the best at attending to the residents needs and fixing things right the first time. Ryan and the entire staff are so nice and are always willing to help. They make this place feel like home.

excellent community, safe, best location, etc.
The grounds need to be better maintained. Some residents do not respect the trash policy and leave bags on the ground. It' ugly. The grounds have not been attended to by the landscapers but this spring it' finally looking good. But not worth the $2k plus rent.
The location is a convenient but the price too high

i love my place and the maintenance and office staff are the best but I've had very bad experiences with loud upstairs neighbors and rent is very high.

the manager was very accommodating and helpful. leasing agent declara was also very helpful snd was able to answer all my questions about renting in the community and the process. coming from out of state where things are a bit different they were very knowledgeable and informative about what the application process entails
