Finally an apartment complex in the area trying to keep the neighborhood in order. I love how quiet it is over here
I lived here a few years ago and came back in the area for family. I'm loving the improvements. Its changed so much and I just signed my lease here. Friendly staff as well.
They remodeled but did a terrible job.. management is slow with responding to requests. Hot water barely works..
Well it was easy to get the apartment and the one I saw was nice and the ceiling fans would be great but it got rented out so love the playground and dog park but once I settle in I will give my rating seems to be a good community in the other families that live here Only gave a 3 because it’s only been a few days

Since April a lot of updates and repairs have been made. We even have a new play ground for the children which we didn’t have prior.
I just moved here & the process was so easy & smooth i love that they’re updating everything & it seems as if the company really care for their tenants. Definitely recommended

With all the cameras and renovations, I feel very safe and satisfied with the new leadership. This is the best place on the block hands down.
It can get loud during the days in the summer and fall when everyone is outside. Despite what it says, there is no pool and hasn't been for years. However, there is a small fenced playground. The bus service is good: the 38 to transit is a 5 minute walk, the 38 to Walmart is right across the street, the 23 both ways is a 12-14 minute walk. The on-site laundry facility was recently upgraded to a reloadable card system, meaning no more scrounging for quarters, just put a few dollars onto your card using the machine in the laundry room instead.
