Front desk students are great, super nice, helpful , quick. Move in was super smooth. Only complaint I would have is of course the price of rent and I do wish there were water fountains with those bottle fillers in the building.

I absolutely love living here! Not only is it conveniently located just a short walk away from campus, but the rooftop pool and BBQ area are also amazing. Whenever I'm up there, I can't help but feel like I'm in one of those fancy resorts you see in movies. And the best part? It reminds me of my favorite childhood show, Zoe 101, which is just so cool!

I like living here because of the location and amenities, but the management and staff leaves much to be desired. They are uninformed, lazy and, oftentimes, rude. That being said, the maintenance team is great.

Water problems, could not take showers, wash clothes, and wash dishes for 4 days. The apartment was dirty when I first moved in. So all in all I am not to thrilled with the apartment.

Really well located apartment complex with free shuttle to the University. The complex has its minor issues and it is not the most affordable place to live, but in overall the best option for UT students.

After living 3 semesters at The Henry. I found it to be awesome with responding to maintenance requests their staff is truly amazing as well as the shuttle drivers. The only reason why I put a 4 star is because I believe that the price is too elevated and other options must be considered. The front desk can be unhelpful and I have had some issues, such as having my parking spot lock in summer and then arrive and been told that all the spots have been taken.

Super clean and the staff is all very helpful. Location is perfect for students that don’t have a vehicle but if you do have a car parking isn’t guaranteed. Pricing is a bit expensive.

The gym is a nice amenity but it lacks major equipment. Friendly staff . You need to clean your entire apartment when you move in since it can be dirty from the previous Tenant even when they said they "cleaned it".

I have had a very pleasant experience so far! I love the pool and the gym which i use everyday it has all the basics, which is perfect for a gym beginner!

I have had a great experience living at the Henry. I enjoy all the amenities such as the pool, gym and game room. I am living in the 4-4 and feel like there is enough space for everyone. I would recommend anyone looking for an off campus housing option near UT to definitely consider!

I love living at the henry! The pool is my favorite part and i love the view from the gym! The fridge leaks sometimes but we have maintenance come and help us with our issues and they are nice. Overall a great place

We had a great move in day! Everyone was helpful and it all went really smoothly. We love the pool and fitness center. The view from our window is awesome! So many great restaurants and excited that we are close to campus!

I was just upset my apartment wasn’t cleaned before I got here. Especially because the previous owner had a cat and I’m allergic, disappointed cuz I’m spending lots of money to live here.

We're very sorry to hear about your experience, it's certainly not the standard we aspire to. Having a clean environment upon arrival especially with allergies is of utmost importance. We will address this issue immediately and work hard to ensure it doesn't happen again.
When I arrived to the apartment, it was a disgusting mess and not cleaned at all whatsoever. If I am paying thousands of dollars I expect it to be spotless before I walk in the door especially on check in. Not only was staff not very helpful, the manager would not speak with us. Another issue brought to my attention was the mold exposure. Previously in the past, I’ve been hospitalized due to mold, and I’ve noticed mold in my room on the first day and it’s just so horrible that I have to experience this.
The maintenance team is slow and the always do the bare minimum. The trash chute on my floor has been broken for MONTHS and my sink has had a leak for over a year that I've called about multiple times and they just never go the extra step to make sure it will work better in the future, they just put a bandaid over the present problem. The pool is v nice though and there are always cool events going on that I enjoy.

Overall a fine experience. There are a few things that I cannot say that I like, but it is pretty convenient in many ways to live here if you are a student at UT.
