The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Heights Apartments
Terrible place and staff plus the pictures don’t look the same in person. Terrible paint jobs and attempts to cover stuff previous tenants had/left behind! 3/10 wouldn’t recommend
I lived here for a year, the facility itself is beautiful, I will warn you the people are a bit rough. As a single gal living here had it's creepy moments but that's nothing you can blame the facility for, just a warning for other female solo renters. There was an issue with somebody in my building smoking weed and it smelling up the whole building but it was taken care of by management quite promptly. Really liked the manager Darcy, super sweet and helpful.
When me and my sister moved in to The Heights it seemed like an ordinary place to live; cheap rent, big apartment, lots of storage. But not even two months into living in our apartment we had problems with our neighbors upstairs. Constantly running, dropping things and doing it all night and all day. My sister and I understand that its an apartment and we're going to hear noise. But at some points they were up running jumping around till 4 and 6 in the morning. The manager said she talked to them but they never stopped. And to add on neighbors in our building were constantly arguing and getting into fights. I've had to call the police on neighbors because of domestic abuse and them trying to run each other over with their cars not to mention we were garden level and they were doing this right in front of my window. Nothing was done about this because the same neighbors would do this constantly. Our building we lived in was disgusting; never was cleaned and there would be fast food bags left on the floor, fries everywhere on the ground. Drinks were left in the hallway, old tamales, eaten chicken bones left on the ground and would be there for weeks. Our neighbor we lived next to would leave their garbage out in the hallway for days and weeks at a time and not to mention that's against the lease rules and nothing was done about that. The parking was horrendous people in our building would park anywhere would park right in front on the back door and would leave their car there for weeks and they would park right in front of cars parked in the car port and make it difficult for people to leave. the car ports are poorly taken care of there is garbage everywhere and they are basically falling apart and unsafe. People in our building would be out in their cars full blasting their music till 5 in the morning not even courteous of others.
The heights are not a bad place to live, never had any issues all the years I have stayed here, except possibly what a few other residents insisted on, maybe I am mistaken, since I am a bit on the older side and stay to myself, but either way as people get older and move on with there lives, it is almost sure you will find this out
I love these units, the manager is great and has been a resource since living here, the maintenance staff are just very detailed and very responsive, clean and nice
