Horrible Experience. They have all these extra fees they add on every month. Over and above the rent. Plus the quality of the tenant experience goes down . Level of type of tenants has gone down from when we originally moved in. No rules enforced

Living at Cortland Peachtree Battle has been one of my most enjoyable experiences. The leasing team is amazing, friendly and accommodating. The maintenance and office staff are generally responsive and nice. I would like to better understand the hours of availability for the fitness center. It was locked one morning before the workday began. The new equipment is nice.

Dejah and Steph do great but the structure behind them is abysmal. Everything is always broken and it just seems like THH is going downhill even in the brief year I’ve lived here. This is a grey star issue.
Love it here, the convenience and the community is great. My apartment is nice and spacious and in a great neighborhood for walks. The only problem is the elevators are frequently down.
Great location and amenities but lots of maintenance issues with my unit when I moved in and I’m still waiting for things to be fixed. The location is amazing
Great apartment complex. Management is always ready to help and get your problems solved. Every time there is an issue with the building, they work hard at resolving.

Super adorbs! The apartment is super cute, just wish the water filter was changed and wasn’t moldy but that can be fixed (hopefully soon.) otherwise it’s super quaint and adorable. Love the giant tub!!! Best feature ever.

This entire property needs to be cleaned up and taken care of none of the security doors work properly, Pine Straw needs to be put Put out in the landscaping, The recycling room is disgusting, I could go on and on

So far, I love the Haynes House. I was able to do everything online across country with the help of Daijah. I love the fact that she is passionate about her job and community. I had at least 15 other communities on my list.. including equity properties that I could have transferred to. Daijah took the time to set up a virtual tour and answered all my questions. Honestly, I probably selected this property because of her. I read reviews and saw more positive than negative which was a plus. Everything has been great (3 weeks in) and I’m sure if something comes up, the office staff will do their best to resolve any issue.

I have been extremely happy here at The Haynes House (HH) for these past five years. Located on Peachtree Road you can hop right there on a Marta 110 bus going one direction to Lenox Square or going the opposite direction to Midtown. The Atlanta Piedmont Hospital is right up the hill. Right across the street from the HH is the Peachtree Battle shopping center with Publix, restaurants, Ace, and a plethora of other stores. Safety and security are important at the HH. Noise is not a problem. The staff of five are competent, caring and concerned. I am grateful for the restorative rest I have found here at The Haynes House..

We can't say enough good things about the Haynes House. We enjoyed our first apartment so much we upgraded to a larger unit after our first lease was up. Love the building, the size and scale, the location, the staff. It made our move to Atlanta very positive and low-stress. We're very happy here.

I like it here- have lived here twice. recommended to 2 friends but my issues were easily preventable if action had been taken.
Haynes House has been an awesome community to live at. The ease of access to the multiple amenities is awesome (pandemic pending) and people in the community are friendly also. The best part about living in the community are the people that work here. The staff is welcoming, professional, and very prompt to handle any issues that the residents have. I would highly recommend living in the community.

Finally home! A property that actually care about their tenants and fur ones. The property grounds are maintained well. The staff including maintenance is one of the best always acknowledging he tenants with a friendly hello. My neighbors have been extremely friendly. Love my place thus far!
The Haynes House staff are efficient, courteous and a great asset to the apartment complex! Its a great place to live, very clean and well taken care.

The blessed place that Ive lived in Atlanta Im since my return back to the location is amazing the staff is very helpful and I couldnt think of a better place to feel safe.

I am very satisfied here at The Haynes House. As a single woman the size of the apartment is perfect for me. The lighting and chrome are modern and sleek. In the bedroom a closet hides vertical washer/dryer. A separate closet provides plenty of space for clothing and whatnot. I feel secure and welcomed. The location is excellent.
I look forward to living here for a very long time, based on my experience so far!
