I am a new resident I haven’t enjoyed my Apartment in the slightest. Management keep reporting dates for your concerns and avoid them . They will ignore all of your complaints. There is no compassion for the living situations they put you through. Maintenance service constantly late at resolving issues . It takes them months to fix anything . I’ve exhausted all my energy into getting a fair treatment with them which is why I’m taking legal action and showing them how to treat their tenants.

Everything about this property is a facade and a lie. It's unkept and unsafe. Trash overflowing EVERYWHERE! Break ins, drug dealers, horrible piping and mold issues.

Haverly offers lovely units but much more. So much more. I have never seen such amenities in this area. They have a gorgeous Buckhead style co-working space, pools that look like a vacation, their own yoga and wellness, and many free perks. Check the photos and go see. Ask for their coffee, that too is probably the best in the area. Staff is friendly, Jerame is helpful and they really seem to care.

When I lived here, the apartment upstairs flooded into my closet. It took maintenance a couple days to come fix the damage in my place and when they did they only used a large fan. Well... when air dying ONLY inside the closet, not inside the walls, the humid summer and no real air flow... you get mold. that quickly turned into black mold that was very obvious and reeked horribly. again, called maintenance and they only ever sprayed bleach.. just regular bleach... it was never fixed and the mold stayed until i was able to move out. everything in that closet had to be thrown out and i wasn't reimbursed for any of it.

I absolutely love the Haverly at Stone Mountain. The environment is tranquil and quiet at all times. I love my townhouse/loft floor plan and amenities. I just moved here and my unit has already begun to feel like home. A special thanks to Shyheem, the leasing agent, for making the moving process so easy and seamless. Being extremely knowledgeable about the property, he answered every question, care, and concern in a timely manner prior to the move and continues to do so. Thanks Shyheem! The management here actually cares about the tenants which is something you don’t find often. If you’re looking for a place to call home, this is definitely it.

I literally had to leave my visit….48 hours of terror!!!If you are looking for no maintenance or office concern response for RAT concerns this is your place to be! If there’s one rat, there’s many. Likely there are mice too…They are all along the area where this complex resides. Bring traps with your move in.
I have lived here for a long time. The prices go up, the stay change, but the property is still going down! Pool hadn’t been open in 2 years (this year COVID happened but last year something was broke that they refused to get fixed), the playground is never cleaned abs tucked in a wooded area, the trash compactor is always over flowing,& maintenance doesn’t fix anything! When you call the office you never know if you’re going to get a rude person or a super rude person. The staff act as if you’re bothering them and don’t actually help solve any problems. If you have other options, RUN!

I’ve been living here for a some months now and have been dealing with horrible staff workers and maintenance, that don’t fix anything correctly. Repeatedly putting in work orders for things to get fixed in my apartment since I moved here and the problems are still occurring. Also, the value of these apartments are not worth the amount it is being priced for including the area it is in. Amongst other problems with living here, it’s just the worse I’ve ever experienced.

Maintenance takes forever. They can’t seem to keep up with my keys. Their online systems are unstable. The office staff is unprofessional (I walked past the office to go to the fitness center and literally heard them yelling and cursing at each other). They don’t come and go at the times they’re supposed to. My experience at the Haverly has been one problem after another.

I am really not a person to bad mouth Properties because I myself work in the Property Management business. I will say as far as The office staff I think Eleanor is the most professional one in the entire office. A new lady started she seems ok as far as I can tell. The Property Managers has an "old well whatever attitude" when I do contact them about major problems their respond is just like I said. I could not believe all the disasters I have had in such a small amount of time. I have to tell Jesus to take the wheel when talking to these ladies. I just can not understand why??? I have been here since 5/17 and will not be renewing my lease. I could go on & on about this place but I refuse to. My months here have not been the most pleasant. The rent is going sky-high and nothing has changed the pool was closed all last summer and the outlook does not look good for this summer as well. On a good note the complex is quiet. The maintenance Lord help them. Maybe some Customer Service Etiquette classes could help. Residents suppose to be your #1 priority because without us there would be no you.

DONT MOVE HERE! -This place is unprofessional -Roach/water bug infestation -Silverfish infestation -Ant infestation I was promised a specific unit and they moved me in a unit I didn't agree to The rug maybe infested with mites and they won't replace it When I moved there were about 50 dead roaches on my balcony Sockets were missing Screens were ripped This place was straight dirty I had no choice to live there and is still having trouble leaving Some of the staff meme bets are extremely rude A maintenance personal walked into my home and after I told him to leave he refused ( I was naked) They don't really care about you The gate is never secured although It's included in the rent DONT MOVE HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT

I lived at the Haverly for many many years I think it's a wonderful place to live staff in the rent office Mercedes and Sean and Eleanor I think they're doing a great job go to Mercedes with the problem she always seem to get the job done maintenance I think they're doing a good job too properties always clean and it's up to us as tenants to keep where we live clean to nice and quiet kids are well-behaved I've never seen a lot of rowdiness going on I would recommend the Haverly to someone it's better than some of the other properties I've seen on Memorial Drive

I currently live in these apartments.. I moved here because of the security.. it's overall a quiet place but it's not worth the money they're charging. The apartments are old and badly in need of remodeling and the only thing that's been remodeled is the leasing office, I mean how many times a year are they going to change it when cupboard are falling apart, old dishwashers, old air units.. everything is just out of date.. Big Ants Infestation. I can't leave anything down.. The gate are always broken.. maintenance takes forever to come and address a small problem.. leasing office staff are just money hungry.. all they do is paint over the old broken boards and try to make it look it look good.. don't do it to yourself

My lease is ending at the end of the month so I thought I would leave a review. One of the only issues I had here was that my leasing consultant Shaun failed to do a walk through of my unit before moving me in, so a few things were missing, broken and/or out of place but maintainence was fairly quick about fixing most of it. For the area, I thought it was pretty quiet. Never saw police too much and never had a complaint about the noise. I had one of the loft style apartments though so keep in mind I only had neighbors beside and behind me. I thought it was an awesome size for my first apartment and a pretty standard place to live!!

I lived here 10 months and in my opinion the office staff are afraid of confrontation so they try to avoid you as much as possible or are not honest about what they say. July 2016 my apartment was broken into (sliding glass door smashed in) and robbed by a man who lived above me. This person is now in jail on burglary AND MURDER charges (actually tortured two people to death) in the same time period. I am an 59 year old women living alone. I began having anxiety attacks when I was alone in my apartment and did not feel safe. Not proud of it, but couldn’t help it. I went to the office and asked if they could waive the 60 day notice and let me move out. (My actual lease was up in 10 days and they knew I had been ready to re-sign). The lady in the office told me yes she would waive the 60 day notice. So I moved out. Now 2 months later, with no prior contact from the apartments by mail or phone, I get a call from a collection agency for $1,110 early move-out fee. I tried to explain the office had waived the fee only to be told “she didn’t have that authority” and “it doesn’t matter what she told you, you didn’t get it in writing.” I told the collection agency I didn’t think I should have to pay it, it was a good faith verbal agreement. The collector rather smugly said “you will pay it. Now or later. Because we will put it in your credit report and next time you need to rent an apartment, nobody will let you, and then you’ll pay.” I would never have moved if I thought it would cost me $1,100. Sounds like a pretty good scam by management if you ask me. Beware! It’s not just mold (everywhere) or trash (everywhere) or noise, In my opinion it is a management company that engages in shady business practices. Shame on you ECI MANAGEMENT CORP.

These are by far the WORST apartments I have ever seen in my life. The outside of the apartments look okay but the inside is RATCHET. I would not reccomend that any one moves out here. First off they showed me a model that was absolutely gorgeous. When it was time for me to move in the apartment was not ready as promised. Not only that. The carpet was FILTHY , WET and TORE UP!!! The apartments was not clean at all!!! The manager is absolutely horrible. They did nothing to accommodate me after we had travel 8 hours to move into these apartment. The air conditioner was also NOT WORKING !!! The cabinets were FILTHY AND BROKEN!! I would definitely advise anyone that's looking to move here TO NOT DO IT. They are money hungry and the apartments aren't worth what you are paying. Save yourself the trouble.

When I moved here the staff was good. Once the apartment complex got bought out. It just went down hill. The staff is forever changing. Don't know anyone here every time you think you might know the person's name time for a change. Stability is important. With that being said. The over all feel of said complex feels dirty . Used to be very clean and great to look at. The maintenance issues at getting things done are very lacking. Should not take two weeks plus get an issue resolved. I understand I'm not the only one here but not having light in my kitchen is not acceptable.

There were a few times my rent was late due to the calendar year. I have been living at these apartments for 19 months. My rent is always on time with the exception of the pay scale, the one month that my rent was late, which was only late by six days tops, i had a notice of eviction on my door. When speaking with management he informed me that they have filed eviction notice on me. I've been a great tenet and always pay my rent on time. When you place a notice for repair, be prepared to wait 6-11 business days
