I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment complex! The community is quiet and well-maintained, with beautifully landscaped grounds and friendly neighbors. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is always professional and helpful. The location is super convenient, close to shops, parks, and public transit. It’s truly a comfortable and welcoming place to call home.
The view of the pool and the lake are amazing, the maintenance team is responsive and helpful, neighbors are helpful and nice, and I feel safe walking my dog at night.
Great place. Quite neighbourhood. Great access to highways and everyday commute. Helpful staff. Pet friendly community with pet amenities like dog park and bath.
It’s a good and pleasant experience so far. Management is very good in handling tickets on time. Would recommend the community to friends and family

Everything is pretty good, just a few items that have gotten annoying over the past few months. The TV by the pool in the outside sitting area hasn't been working for a while, and needs to be replaced, and it's nearly impossible to relax in the public area by the lobby by the pool table and the bar area because of the young kids unattended by their parents, damaging the pool table and generally making a mess and a lot of noise.

We have lived in apartments for the past nineteen years and even though we have always had a positive experience, we have never lived anywhere as quiet and relaxing as here. Just moved in and had a great experience from touring to move in! Tour went well and staff is helpful and polite. Move in was quick and easy and my neighbors are friendly. So far everything seems safe and there’s a real community feel.

I have been here for about 3 years. I love that since the first day I walked in the door. I love my apartment and the pool of course. It is a dog friendly community and that is also big part of why I live here. There's always parking and it is very safe anytime of day. The lighting is terrific at night. Whenever I have an issue I contact maintenance and within a day or so they are up and fixing everything lickety-split. My only complaint might be the package room and the mail room. It's always an adventure to search for a package that has been delivered. It seems to be getting a little better with their new system, but we shall see. It is a lovely place to live.

I've been living at Atwater for about a month now, and I really love the amenities and the location. The close proximity to local restaurants and shopping is super convenient, and the overall atmosphere of the community is great. That being said, I've had a few issues getting things taken care of in my new apartment, which has unfortunately delayed my full move-in process. While this has been frustrating, I am hoping to have everything addressed and be fully moved in ASAP.

The Haven at Atwater Village is a great property. It is well maintained, has a lot of amenities and I was able to bring my dog. It even has a club house where you can play an assortment of games starting with scrabble. I call it a daily resort. It is a smoke free environment for the most part. Come, visit and see the wonders of this relaxing community and quiet living resort with great schools.

Only been here for a few months. We love the location. Overall the apartments are great. Some of the stuff in the club house is broken and it seems to take a long time to get things fixed. Maintenance overall is good, but not great.

I've been here for about 3 years now. I have to say I enjoy the community and the amenities. The pool is just lovely I wish it would stay open longer like into October would be nice. It's very pet friendly and I love seeing all the dogs about the place. The staff is extremely professional, kind than always with a happy hello for you. The maintenance guys get it done and they get it done well! Little bit noisy neighbors upstairs with their children running back and forth that does get annoying at times because I'm up very early in the morning. But, kids are kids, right? I would definitely recommend this place to live for the beauty, the cleanliness and the overall experience as well as the price! A job well done guys!

We absolutely love it! Everything is cozy and inviting. The clubhouse has many little nooks to enjoy books, board games, and the outdoor area feels like a resort. The apartment itself is smartly designed, spacious, and feels like home right away.

The move into our apartment went as smoothly as one could expect and our ability to get rid of our empty boxes was exceptional. Plus, when we had an XFinity person come to connect us with cable and the internet, they were very helpful.

We’ve lived here over a week and our experience so far has been great! Very quiet which is what we wanted. Visited the pool for the first time and enjoyed the atmosphere.

I haven't been here for even a week, yet, but the community has not met my expectations. I'm hoping it's just moving pains, but some of the issues aren't even related to us moving in; they were already issues in the apartment that weren't acknowledged that we now have to deal with. I'm hoping it gets better as the month progresses.. Both bathrooms had leak issues & the dishwasher seal is nonexistent. Also, I think the fire suppression system wasn't working, correctly, in the entire building. I would think that these would've mostly all been checked after the last move out/before we moved in (aside for maybe the fire system, I'm not sure how often those are supposed to be tested)? I'm hoping the washing machine & dryer work, since we haven't used them, yet. The neighbors have all been nice, though, & it's very convenient to get anywhere I need to go - I can walk to work. I just feel that I'm paying too much in rental costs to have all of the problems that have occurred, so far.

The management team is top notch and also the maintenance staff. Trash is collected after hours and is conveniently picked up outside our apartment door. Recycles are placed in a separate collection area.

The apt is very nice; the gym is excellent; the staff ..Lacey, Matt .. are very helpful and friendly; the maintenance staff—I have dealt mostly with Cooper—respond quickly and effectively; the grounds are well kept
