Rating my experience a solid 4.5 just because the maintenance staff are nice and have helped me with several issues here. I’d give it 5 stars if there were cameras for security purposes in the parking garage to help prevent theft and break ins

Clean, nice and comfortable place to live. Would recommend couples and families living here. There's plenty of place you can take a walk downstairs as well.

Their behavior is so unprofessional. I applied for one of their apartments and they wasted a lot of of my time and energy and after three days, they just said no with no proper reasaons. They also charged us 100$ for the application fee for absolutely nothing! If it was possible, I would give them a zero.

Overall my experience here has been great, my wife and I love the staff and maintenance team. They do their best maintaining this huge area as much as possible. My only issue is the lack of cleanliness of other residents. We share the same common areas, why trash it and make it difficult for the maintenance team. This is especially true with the trash chutes. I always see trash bags all over the floor, and when I open the chutes to check if there’s any space 9/10 there’s ALWAYS space. Sadly this is an individual problem and the staff can’t do anything about it on their end. Sorry for my dirty neighbors maintenance team….

Apartment community is good. Maintenance is good.community offers paid charging for cars. The only drawback is that this community have less guest parking spaces
overall really great- great amenities, services, apartments, and location. it has a playground in the back that you can take a walk. I would recommend to my friends.

Everything is pretty good so far but the cleanness for the carpet in hallway and the maintenance for gym can be improved. The carpet in hallway is always pretty dirty and no one come to clean it. The equipment in gym also broken and no one come to fix it.
Great community to live in. Very safe neighborhood. Only problems I see are the fire alarms (which have gotten better) and the staff in the leasing office. They need to time down the attitude a bit

This is home. It is a relaxing sanctuary to come to after a long day. The amenities are the cherry on top with the pool, jacuzzi, 24 hour gym, study rooms, 24 hour access to free coffee, fire pits, and several bbq pits! I love where I live. The leasing office is also very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend living here!
The staff here are nice and welcoming, we have had many questions prior to moving in and they were always there to answer us. The maintenance crew are always showing great hospitality when we walk in and super helpful if we need anything. The amenities are cool too, the poolside with the big tv is a nice touch to hosting events or a party. Although, I do love our unit - it’s really just the lack of security around the facility that throws me off. A couple of days after moving in, my husbands car got broken into. They didn’t steal anything but it’s just waking up and seeing that your window is smashed in pieces. Personally, my experience so far has been fine but I think they need better security especially for what we’re paying for. I’m sure anyone would want to feel safe in an apartment that’s pretty pricey. From our unit, it’s usually quiet during the day but at night, the walls are thin so you could hear almost everything.
Slow leasing office staff. Most of the time the leasing office is closed. However, they are very friendly and helpful whenever they do and the community is amazing
This community has Ev charging facilit, rooftop pool and gym we like it soo much..!! But It does not have lots of visitor parking spots available..??

Anton community looks good. It contains EV charging station at each adn every floor. Secured community. pool and gym on the top. One negative is that there are very less guest parking slots in this apartment.
overall great, no noise, no smells, would be nice to have someone answers the phone once a while when I call the leasing office! Parking is a bit too crowded if you have a SUV.
The move-in was smooth and efficient. But keep in mind you need a cashier check, and ask for loading zone location early. Staffs are friendly and willing to help you solve issues.
It's good overall, love the surrounding parks and markets. Taking Bart is convenient and time saving. The only thing is that the parking lot is not very well designed.

everything is pretty good. Good location, good price for new resident, very new washer & dryer. However the guest parking is not enough and there are always lots of ants inside the room which can be improved
The apartments are neat and hygienic. The staff here is really helpful and friendly. All the necessary stores are easily accessible. Highly recommended.
Anton ascend is a great, safe apartment complex. It is easy walking distance to BART and other shopping centers. The apartments themselves are clean and updated. The amenities such as the POOL is also nice, clean, and new.
So far, I have had an amazing experience at Anton Ascend. The neighborhood is awesome, great food, and great atmosphere. I LOVE THE GYM!!! And the beautiful view of the mountains from the roof makes it all the more enjoyable and relaxing after a long hard day. Thanks!
Good community with decent rent. Parking spots are very limited that's the only complaint I have. For 2 bed apartment only one parking spot provided and additional parking spot is at top levels which is not convinient
