This was the easiest move in process. Jo was amazing and answered all my questions and made everything very smooth. Great location outdoor pool area very clean
My boyfriend and I fell in love with these apartments at first sight and couldn't wait to move in. We have been here since October, and we haven't been disappointed with our choice. We still look forward to coming home every day. Jo is awesome; she is always helpful, easy to communicate with, and any maintenance issues get handled in a timely manner.
I am happy with everything within this apartment complex because it provides so much. Community is great. The parking is never an issue and overall it makes you feel like home.
Small town living with big city amenities. I have been a renter here for the past year and it is a wonderful community. Property is well maintained and my neighbors are friendly and respectful. A wonderful clubhouse and pool with fire pit and grills. always something to do. Come be a part of us before it’s to late.
Great place to live! Love the open floor plans. The pool and 24/7 gym are amazing! Overall, a great community with great amenities!! Also, the complementary coffee in the clubhouse is amazing!!!
The Harbor is a great place in an awesome location. It’s a very quiet neighborhood and the space doesn’t feel crowded. Management here definitely gets things done and keeps the place looking nice!
Great apartments in a nice neighborhood. Very quiet and respectful neighbors. Spacious, modern, and clean environment. Has a little dog park, so very nice place if you have a dog. Overall great experience here!

This apartment is in a great location and so close to Omaha! The community is very peaceful and the perfect area. I love the modern appearance of the exterior and as well as inside the unit! I am so happy I chose The Harbor. It’s also pet friendly which makes it even better!

I was one of the first moved in while still building the other 2 buildings. My dog loves the place and has more friends at the apartment then me lol. Reasonable and understanding when things are rough.

Couple of Pro’s and Con’s. Complex is brand new and very nice! Great, upscale amenities and beautiful units. From the stainless steel appliances, the beautiful and comfortable bedroom carpet, huge bedroom closets, bathroom vanity mirror lighting, kitchen countertops and huge balconies. The architecture and detail put into the apartment units and complex was very well polished. The outdoor community pool and fireplace is my favorite. Apartments are dog friendly, however, the walls within the apartments are thin and not too sound proof with insulation which means dog(s) barking and crying is constant and unbearably loud even during the night when all are sleeping. Poor neighbors so far that don’t seem to care about their dogs being a nuisance. Pet owners are also poor at cleaning up after their pets’ waste. Apartments are also advertised with access control and while their are fob readers and intercoms on all entrances/exits on all 3 buildings, the doors always seem to remain unlocked so your fob is useless to gain entrance. With doors always unlocked, non-residents, strangers, children and etc. can basically enter at anytime. This creates a lack of safety. Intercoms are also on with power, however, no residents are entered into the database making the intercom useless for guests. With the 3rd and final apartment building nearing construction completion, I am hoping this problem gets fixed soon. Hallways, steps and floors could be vacuumed and cleaned better. Overall, after 5 months of being a tenant, it has been a nice place to live and besides the issues listed above, I am happy living here. If issues above become resolved, I am happy to remove this review.
