Property Ratings at HAMPTONS AT COUNTRY PARK
Took them weeks to replace the dishwasher from the 90s after it started leaking. Every night i would have to place towels in my kitchen and every day i'd have to dry those towels so they could continue to soak up water. This was their front desk's advice to me too. Right as they are raising the rent too. They refused to replace the Dishwasher that hardly cleaned anything until the leaking started affecting neighbors too. There is for sure water damage in the walls now, combined with the constant cockroaches too. They threatened the whole building with the police because someone smell pot. To sum up this place in one word; Trashy.

It okay older apartments needs new windows and doors the apartment above me needs a new floor its squeaks badly but the maintenance is good and the staff is very friendly. I have live here for 6 years because the rent is not bad and the size of the apartments are good/
I moved to The Hamptons in October 2013 and it's been a pleasure. Very quite setting. The staff very friendly! I would recommend this complex to everyone. Family oriented and great for college students as well. Thanks, Carolyn Bowling
