Run! Unless, of course, you’re the type of voucher carrier and jobless degenerate that they now market toward. Bring along your breed-restricted dog, as well. Apparently, no one is turned away! Welcome Home to nicest ‘projects’ you’ll ever reside in.

I have lived here for over 5 years, since this apartment became the hamlet, it has gone down hill!! I have asked to have my carpeting to be fixed, now I have tape holding them together. They put in new cabinets and app;iances, nice.But they are not finished! over 8 months have gone by, still not fixed. The lazy Susan was put in wrong! still not fixed! The outlets are not connected to the wood, they push in when you try to use them! Take it for what it is worth, SAVE your Money!! Look elsewhere!!

The property itself is absolutely beautiful. The building, grounds & pound are disgusting. Garages need fixing, concrete needs repaired. Pound does not run & too many geese (poop all over the place). Debris scattered & not cleaned up. It is sad, because the space is nice, location is great, rent i think is a bit much.

I’m satisfied with the space and the modern kitchen in my unit. I appreciate the peace and quietness of the property. I did have several issues when we moved in, but the regional manager addressed all of our issues and made everything right.

I love the people that are here. Don’t really know the office people or the manager maintenance business has been very good to me. Love the layout of my apartment. I have been here 12 years so I’m sure I’m not going to move anytime soon. I’m on Social Security and retired with disability, so works out well for me

Fox Run is a very nice place to live. The landscaping is well taken care of and its a safe place to live. The maintenance crew are very reliable too. I have been a resident for five years now and I enjoy my neighbors too. The wildlife is beautiful as well as the pond for our geese. The staff in the leasing office are all friendly and professional.

I have been living at Fox Run Apartments for 5 years. I love it here. The community is safe, friendly, and very clean! The staff in the leasing office are amazing and always helpful.
Understaffed and currently going through reservations which has been causing all sorts of timing and maintenance issues. My dryer has been broken since I moved in a month ago and no one has come to check on it, and after 3 weeks they finally admitted that they only have 1 maintenance guy on staff. The apartments themselves are nice with a decent layout but hopefully you don't run into any issues.
I really like it here. Easy access to main road. It is quiet and feels more like a home. Neighbors are quiet and respectful.

A wonderful place to live. The management is responsive and professional. Maintenance is fast and efficient. The grounds are neatly kept, and trash removal is frequent. I moved in to an extremely clean, beautiful unit. I have no complaints at all.

This place is garbage and UNSAFE. The main door to the building doesn’t lock and it stays open. The whole building and apartment is old and dirty and whoever tried to remodel my apartment is a backyard carpenter who doesn’t know what he/they were doing because it’s a terrible job. I don’t like this place and it’s not worth the money. It’s unsafe and dirty.

I loved the year and a half I was here in fox run apartments! The new management transition was so smooth and there was no delays with anything. There is plenty of parking and grass! The pond is beautiful and a rare find!

The office does not answer the phone ever, have been calling daily for two months , when I showed up to office ( multiple times during office hours) no one is ever there have had a major leak in my room ruined carpet , very unprofessional they are fine with me paying rent but will not answer phone for any issue ect

Kind of confused why this place does not even have a website. When I moved in in early May 2019, they said they would have electronic payments for rent soon.... fast forward 8 months and they still don’t have it. The apartment does not come with a microwave. I have had my fair share of apartments and never had one not come with a microwave. The washer and the dryer are probably the smallest “full” sized washers I’ve ever seen. (Takes two loads to do my queen sized sheets. 1 for the sheet one for the fitted.) The office is open at inconvenient times to pick up packages if you have a job, so good luck picking up packages. Maintenance isn’t very friendly. I will say that the bathrooms are an amazing size. I love the bathroom and the living space is quite large. I have a one bed one bath and can’t complain. For the price and the fact that it has in unit laundry, you won’t be upset with your choice here. It’s a quiet neighborhood. Please be aware that they do allow smoking in the units and are not designated by non-smoking and smoking units.
My two bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms is a great place. Unit has full size washer and dryer, central air. Complex is set in quiet area with duck pond and resident ducks.
