Very nice apartments in a good area. Amenities are excellent and staff is always helpful. Very clean environment and landscape is managed well. Only downside I've found is the fact that this location is prime for boat owners and they are not permitted here, even if parked for a very short time. Otherwise no complaints!

-Apartment amenities are excellent and well-worth the price. -Office and maintenance staff are extremely friendly and helpful. -Weekly community activities keep things fresh and interesting around here.

I have been here 2 weeks and it is starting to feel like home. The ladies in the office are so kind to me. Especially the manager ! Lots of fun things to do and enjoy.

The Hamilton apartments is an amazing place, everything is perfect. We enjoy all the amenities. The swimming pool (best swimming pool ever), the coffee station, the gym, etc. The staff is wonderful. We arrived only 5 days ago and still need to discover more areas. Can't wait to attend the Wednesday's pool parties, the cinema, food truck.

We love the community and our apartment! We went swimming with our 8 year old sister and there were some ladies who played and swam with her just for her amusement! It was very sweet!

Keeping the property pristine looking is important to me. The Hamilton team is doing a great job of that! I like that "Resident" policies and procedures are being enforced. Because of this, The Hamilton will remain a top rated place to live in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Thank you.

The staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. Professional in privacy of residents. This has to be the best place I have rented. I have lived at this location for 4 months without any issues that the staff hasn't addressed.

Beautiful place! So nice to be able to relax by the pool. I have been very impressed with this community. The cleanliness of the halls and stairs always stays nice; it is well kept up.

From the moment we stepped onto the property it felt like HOME! Supportive staff and amazing tendents that always greet you with a smile! WE LOVE IT HERE!

Everyone has been kind and helpful. The apartment complex is very clean and safe. I love all of the amenities the place has to offer. I have enjoyed my experience so far.

The apartments are nice, been here a little over a year now. There are definitely things that could be better, like the club house/coffee situation, and the only having 1 elevator all the way on the other side of the apartments.

Our experience here has been wonderful so far. The only thing I would like to see improved/changed is the accessibility hours to the Java bar. Most of working class has to be to work by 8am or even earlier, leaving us unable to utilize the Java bar. I would love to see it open earlier during the week and on the weekends.

I didn’t know apartment complexes like this existed. Everyone is friendly, the staff is INCREDIBLE, everything is so simple, and the amenities make it feel like you never have to leave the complex.

it’s very good and i love living there. there is no other place in hot springs i would rather live. I would recommend living here to all of my friends

Overall it is a wonderful place to live! Everyone on staff is friendly and responsive to our needs as residents. Most beautiful community in Hot Springs with so many exceptional amenities and activities. There is nothing perfect out there but we wake up and live in almost perfection. A resort lifestyle every morning, every day and every night. Highly recommend!!

We love our new apartment and all The Hamilton has to offer. We especially the coffee bar, pool, individual patio, common patios, doggie park, and beautiful grounds.

Such a wonderful move in experience!! They are so incredibly helpful, nice and everything is well taken care of!!! The complex is so beautiful it feels like living in a resort everyday!

Great people and place to live. It is safe and calm. I like that I don’t have to leave to do much with the gym and tanning being a huge bonus.

The Hamilton is a great place to live. The amenities are awesome, and the actual apartments are so modern. The office always have activities for us, and really try and bring the community together.

Our move to The Hamilton has been made easier by the wonderful staff. Everyone has been helpful to assist with any problems we have incurred. We love our apartment and all the amenities offered and look forward to using them.

We have a great view overlooking the pool. Our neighbors are kind and friendly. We love having attached garages so we do not have to get out in the weather.

Like SERIOUSLY! This place is the absolute best! I am new to the area and have been debating whether to opt for apartment or house life. Ultimately, I chose apartment life because of the staff, the location, and the "vibe" of the area. Since I've been here, I must admit that I haven't fully moved in yet, but I've been setting things up for the past few weeks, and everyone I've met has been welcoming and extremely friendly. That affirms that I made the right decision. The planned events and the genuine sense of community were what attracted me, and undoubtedly, what will help me establish new roots in Hot Springs.

It has been a slow process for me to move in. Istill have very little furniture. The amenities here are incredible. I have yet to use them all but 5 stars are deserved

The dog park is the best! Our dog loves to play on the park equipment. The actual apartment itself is so spacious and beautiful. I am just in love with the full experience I’ve had since moving in!

Pros: -Location, scenery, cleanliness -Friendly, helpful staff -Lots of great amenities -Plenty of parking spots -Wine-Down Wednesdays Cons: -Only one elevator in the entire building -Lots of dog barking at all hours of the day -Either the walls are paper-thin or my next-door neighbor has a very loud TV; noise levels are a major concern

I love the safe feeling of this community! Wine Down Wednesday is always fun, hot coco every morning. Quiet. I love it. The ammenity's and the staff are amazing. I have only had a welcoming experience.

This apartment complex is so nice and the staff are so sweet and helpful. When I moved in the apartment was very clean and modern and all the appliances are up to to date. So far no complaints!

The apartment is gorgeous. My fiancée are moving in currently and the staff are wonderful and friendly and the atmosphere of the complex feels like we are on a cruise ship. We feel special here, not just another resident.

We love it here! All the people are great and we love the amenities. There’s so many fun events and special discounts too! The dog park is top notch which is important for our fur baby

When I first saw this place on google I was like I want to go and see it looks amazing as the photos shown on the internet. When I visited the hamilton i swear it was really beautiful and as shown in the pictures. Very neat and tidy, the pool is really good, the cinema very good place to hangout, they also have a starbucks down an many more cool areas to hangout. I would strongly recommend this place.

A 5 star resort type living with all the 5 star amenities and a plush living apartments. Located perfectly in the city of hot springs. Just love the Hamilton

The experience was great and the staff was alsome. The staircase is wide enough to bring up couches in any other large items.. The double glass doors at each entrance also makes it easy to bring atoms in and out..

Wonderful and beautiful complex. Residents are very friendly and welcoming. It’s very quiet for the most part. The fire alarm tests are a little bit annoying. The constant ringing from it for about 15 minutes seems a bit much. But other then that I’d say it’s a great place to live with your friends or significant other and pets

All the wine down Wednesdays are fun. So can’t wait for the outdoor fun at the pool. Hope all goes well for everyone’s summer. Be especially careful out there

I have been here for almost a year now & it’s been so easy. The staff is amazing. I had the pleasure of meeting Shelley at our Wednesday event & she is very eager to hear our experiences. Shelley is very personable when it comes to our input. She’s super social and is a wonderful example of what the Hamilton represents. I also want to give a shout out to our concierge Frank! The young man is very helpful and goes out of his way to make everyone feel welcome. I have seen him offer help to others when he is off the clock. Frank is also our face for wine down Wednesday , and he does such an exceptional job. This is just a wonderful community and many residents have become almost like family. I’m grateful to be here.
