I absolutely love living here. The staff is so kind, helpful and accommodating. Great activities planned for residents. I have had zero issues since moving in.

I've had a mostly positive experience living in this apartment community. The grounds are well maintained, and the staff is generally friendly and responsive to maintenance requests. The amenities like the gym, pool, and clubhouse are clean and well-kept, which adds good value for the rent. The location is convenient, with easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and public transportation. Parking is usually available, though guest parking can sometimes be a challenge. Noise levels are reasonable, although you can occasionally hear neighbors if they're especially loud. The units themselves are modern, with updated appliances and good natural light.
Everything his really good. There’s so many nice people that I have met since I’ve been here. It seems like there’s always activities and things like that that are very interesting to me.
If you are looking for a fun, family-filled environment...The Hamilton is definitely the place for you! From the coffee bar, swimming pool, workout and game room, and theater...you literally have EVERYTHING you need and more!
We are still enjoying the community living apartment. The pool was a nice feature this summer. Never a shortage of activities if you want to participate.
The Hamilton is by far the best place in Hot Springs to live. The amenities are second to none. The pool is resort quality. The dog park is the best in town…. The only pickleball courts I know of at an apt complex… Plus a theatre!!! Are you kidding me?
Everything here is great. The amenities are lovely and a lot of stuff is included in the rent. There are events hosted throughout the month for all ages. My favorite is WINE DOWN WEDNESDAY
Living here has been fun, love our apartment. Wish there were elevators on both sides of the building though. I have a 5 month old, and It’s very annoying having to walk all the way around the building to take the elevator before 8am (due to having her stroller). It wouldn’t be a problem if the clubhouse doors stayed unlocked. Could just lock all of the doors to the different rooms. There are plenty of cameras if anyone does anything.
The pool is definitely the best part about living here. The wine down Wednesdays are the best days to live here and every amenity is just another reason.
Wine Down wednesday, trivia, food trucks, giant pool... it truly has been an amazing summer here! I'm looking forward to see what happens during fall and winter

We love it here! They keep adding on new fun amenities and we love all the events. Sometimes it feels like we live at a resort. Wine down Wednesdays created some amazing new friendships as well.

So far it’s been ok, it’s a beautiful place maintaining has to be a hard job.the maintenance guys are good. Nothing major has had to be done, but they are on spot

Best apartments in Hot Springs and within 60 miles. Nothing compares. Luxury lifestyle community it’s like a resort or cruise ship. You don’t feel like you’re in Hot Springs Arkansas.
Disappointment I used to love living at The Hamilton. It felt clean, safe, and managed by people who cared. Not anymore. Now, anyone’s let in, rules aren’t enforced, and residents park wherever they want with zero consequences. Those of us who pay for assigned spots are left to scramble. Theft has become a real issue, with people stealing packages and even items from our doors. There’s supposedly a courtesy officer, but no reliable way to contact them. The front office is no help either. The worst part? The attitude in the office. One staff member is flat-out rude and dismissive. She acts like residents are an inconvenience. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority anymore. I renewed once, hoping things would improve. They haven’t. With the steady decline in care, safety, and professionalism, I won’t be renewing again. This place has lost what made it feel like home.

Love the community atmosphere and opportunities for tenant fellowship. Wine Down Wednesdays and Food Truck days are favorites! Very clean and manicured grounds make it even more enjoyable.
Best apartments In Hot Springs Arkansas hands down . Me and my fiancée have lived here for almost a year and we have had almost no problems and the small issues we did have was fixed right away when we brought attention to it.

Very nice apartments in a good area. Amenities are excellent and staff is always helpful. Very clean environment and landscape is managed well. Only downside I've found is the fact that this location is prime for boat owners and they are not permitted here, even if parked for a very short time. Otherwise no complaints!

I have been here 2 weeks and it is starting to feel like home. The ladies in the office are so kind to me. Especially the manager ! Lots of fun things to do and enjoy.
The Hamilton apartments is an amazing place, everything is perfect. We enjoy all the amenities. The swimming pool (best swimming pool ever), the coffee station, the gym, etc. The staff is wonderful. We arrived only 5 days ago and still need to discover more areas. Can't wait to attend the Wednesday's pool parties, the cinema, food truck.

We love the community and our apartment! We went swimming with our 8 year old sister and there were some ladies who played and swam with her just for her amusement! It was very sweet!

The staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. Professional in privacy of residents. This has to be the best place I have rented. I have lived at this location for 4 months without any issues that the staff hasn't addressed.

The apartments are nice, been here a little over a year now. There are definitely things that could be better, like the club house/coffee situation, and the only having 1 elevator all the way on the other side of the apartments.
Our experience here has been wonderful so far. The only thing I would like to see improved/changed is the accessibility hours to the Java bar. Most of working class has to be to work by 8am or even earlier, leaving us unable to utilize the Java bar. I would love to see it open earlier during the week and on the weekends.
I didn’t know apartment complexes like this existed. Everyone is friendly, the staff is INCREDIBLE, everything is so simple, and the amenities make it feel like you never have to leave the complex.
