The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Hamilton
For the last six months I have lived in possible mold. I contacted management via email along with pictures. They sent someone to inspect and that person said it was not mold however the “ stuff” continued to come back and grow on my personal items. I always contacted management ( with pictures) nothing was done. They told me they did everything recommended to fix issue however the stuff kept coming back and growing. Constant cleaning and throwing out my personal items has occurred. I just moved out on February 19th 2021. I did purchase a mold home kit to see exactly what I was living in. They don’t care about their residents. They don’t answer the phone. The breezeways are dirty and nasty, random animals are allowed to roam the property, and trash will overflow for days along with furniture sitting for weeks to be disposed of. You pay entirely too much to have to deal with the issues I dealt with. The lack of concern for residents however you want my money is an issue for me. I don’t want anyone to experience what I have experienced. Don’t rent from them! Poor customer service, maintenance, and lack of concern of residents is a issue at The Hamilton.

I moved out due to roaches.. I tried to give them months to fix the problem and they would go away for a week and be back... not a living condition I’m okay in living in.. had to pay early termination just to not live with roaches! I use to think so highly of Windsor park... the management company could care less as long as they get rent.. I have pictures to show all the roaches too

Renter beware! This complex is great, that is until you move out. We were fully expecting our final bill for the back payments for water and trash. What we werent expecting was a $400 carpet replacement due to "heavy fleas" we have never had an issue with fleas with our pet and we also paid to have the carpet professionally cleaned prior to moving out which is more than most people do. When I called to inquire about this fee and why what I thought was the pet deposit didn't cover any "flea damage" I was told wasn't a pet deposit but a pet fee, I'm sorry but when we chose this complex we were told that was what our $350 fee was going towards. Now being that we moved out in in the middle of the month and we were only charged a prorated fee I find it suspicious that when you add this charge we just received to our prorated rent it conveniently equals a full months rent. Now we are dealing with this headache.
We moved to Hendersonville last year and selected these apartments after seeing them online. The complex has been renovated recently and the pool area is beautiful and peaceful! We are close to the highway so getting into Nashville is easy, and super close to many amenities and shops. We lucked out when we moved here!
Everything from day 1 has been simple, easy, and organized. Pay bills online, dog park is clean and fun, pool and workout facility clean and safe. 4 miles from the highway and another 4 to the interstate.
