Property Ratings at The Grove off North
I have lived here since 2021. No complaints as of now. New management is best we have had so far. Only thing I have seen that I don't like is the new lease stating charged daily on late fees other then that amazing place. It's hard for people with children that live check by check let alone charging daily late fees. Management gets back right back to you so. 5stars for that because no management does that
very modern apartments. new and updated rooms. quiet neighborhood
Management team picked up phone and responded immediately to my needs. The tour to the Units was very nice, all new appliances, floors bathrooms, for the price and the area excellent
