Property Ratings at The Grove Luxury Townhomes
Great finishes but that’s where the pros end and cons begin. The internet is mandatory and they force you into a comcast account which you will have to pay to upgrade if you have more than a few devices or it runs too slow. Nothing but issues over the last 6 months due to poor workmanship. Trash all over the property, appliances not working, leaking walls and ceilings from plumbing issues, pet waste not cleaned around common areas, gates never work, someone was shot in the parking lot a few months back, the address is wrong and unclear on maps so you will never get your packages or food deliveries, maintenance request go unattended for weeks etc. Stay clear of this place for another year until they sort all this out.
