Location of The Grove Apartments is ideal. Close to the interstate. As for the upkeep of the property, that’s a whole different story.
The staff at the Grove are very friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Rebecca Carter who went above and beyond. The apartments themselves are beautiful and modern. Although the rate can be considered a bit high, you get what you pay for. Really enjoying our new home. Planning on being here a while.

There is trash everywhere and stays for days. The pools are not clear and in my opinion unusable. The gate stays broken so it is not a gated community. Front office staff is not responsive. The apartment is nice and comfortable.

Staff are wonderful and extremely helpful. Only about 6 or 7 for about 350 tennants. They do an amazing job with what they have. I wish someone higher up would provide them with more assistance. My first impression is that the high up management that is not even located in this state doesnt even visit or care whats going on, just as long as money comes in. If this place wants more people then they should update to 2020 instead of 1990 This place looks like it is over 30 years old. Who does shag carpets anymore?

I find The Grove at Stone Park to be a great place to live. Every complex isn’t perfect, but this one is close. I’m sure there are some who have complaints, you can’t please everyone, so they will find things lacking. I am happy here.

The pools were dirty all summer, the smaller pool was mostly locked when it was supposed to be open, the gym has been closed for a month, trash is always all over the compactor area, trash areas by car wash and mailboxes is always overflowing, the exterior halls are filthy and many of the lights are out in this hallways, trash cans are left out in the halls all week due to the valet trash pickup.

The Grove at Stone Park is a great community. It's located near great shopping and restaurants. The apartments are very spacious and having internet and cable included in the rent helps out the budget. The staff are nice and professional and have always answered any questions or concerns I have.

This complex is well run by the management people here. I have found them to be, at least in my own case, very helpful and polite. So have the maintenance staff. The apartments are spacious and nicely appointed. The grounds are well maintained. It is a very nice place to live.

The community has a lot of great amenities and some good staff. However, there are a lot of issues that need to fixed here. The gated community aspect is a joke as it never works and maintenance has terrible response time.

Gates at entrance non-functional. Rather than upgrade gate system, management decided to leave gates open during normal business hours to 'reduce wear and tear'. In fact, not only are the gates now open all day, but usually all night also. Drive by yourself and check it out. If the security of a gated complex is important to you, this is not the place for you.

My wife and I have stayed here going on four years now and this will be the last time we renew. The management and office staff isn't too bad which until now has made the complex tolerable but they change employees almost once a year since we've been here and now they've completely changed the management company as well. The name was previously the Grand Reserve but because of a pending lawsuit they changed the complex name and managing company. Before now you could pay rent in the office or online but paying online now carries a charge ($31 if paying on time, $5 if paying early). Only money orders and checks are accepted in office. The maintenance staff works hard to get requests done but they're short staffed and overworked. The internet lags and goes out at least once or twice a month and you have to pay the company if you want to increase your internet speed. It's also almost impossible to get service on your cable or Internet because it's all goes through their own vendor who's impossible to get in touch with. The only good thing they had going for the complex was that it was peaceful and family-friendly however as previous tenants have stated children aren't allowed to play outside without being harrassed by management.

First off I would like to say Brittany hands down one of the best leasing agents around she was very helpful,friendly,very professional and the sweetest lady around I'm very grateful of everything she did for me and My family next the apartments are everything and more spacious,quiet,clean,and friendly we truly loved living here
I've been living in here for about 8months now. The traffic is convenient, the school district is good and the neighborhood is friendly. The school district is "Pike Road School" and it's a new and very good school. (Pre~K9, now) And it has a secure gate. It's quite, safe and livable apartment complex. I enjoy the fact that everything is online and can be taken care of instantly. I thought it's a great place to live and a suitable place to raise children. So highly recommend!
I will try to be as objective as I can This is the review for a 2 bedroom deluxe apartment on the 2nd floor. Pros - nice and polite management people - quite neighbor - 9 ft ceiling, spacious (~1500 sq ft), granite kitchen AND restroom countertop - other amenities such as Gym, car washing space - lots of parking spaces - I got my full deposit back after following the necessary steps - sales tax ~8% (pike road, 2% less than Montgomery) if you order something from online stores such as Walmart. Cons - expensive rental fees (i took a star off because of this) - TV/internet package that you have to take or leave, slow internet (~ 0.66 Mbps) - carpet floor (this is my preference though) In summary, it is a good apartment, but a bit too expensive. I left because of a sudden increase of the rental fee by $140 per month this year (2016) I would have stayed if it were not the rental fees.
I’ve been a resident at “The GRAND Reserve” for several years now. When we initially moved in the apartment complex was not complete; but we moved in anyways. They promised us GRAND Luxury living and all we got was GRAND rental prices that increased by astronomical amounts each year. This past year was the greatest increase since moving in; it jumped an entire $100. I must say that we moved to The GRAND Reserve because per the advertisement it would eventually be GRAND Luxury living. Well; It took them over a year to install many of the amenities that were promised like the car wash, the security gate. The security gate never works and is always open, so it serves not purpose. The gate malfunctions often and has on several occasions almost hit my vehicle. The car was wash was out of services for a couple of months. The Gym which up until about 8 months go was clean, now it always filthy. The tile floors are nasty, the laundry room is filthy, the trash doesn’t get emptied on a regular basis, bath tissue is left on the floors for days, they don’t check the sanitizing wipes daily, and they don’t clean the mirrors in the gym. It’s just filthy (but you can bet that the area that the staff uses is cleaned daily). The sauna in the gym was out of order for about 5 months. The apartments are poorly constructed and maintained; The light fixtures has shortages in them, light bulbs just fall out of light fixtures, there are gaping holes in door jams (large enough for rodents, insects, and bugs to come through) the vinyl flooring in the kitchen is rolling up in every corner. There is no linen CLOSET! There is only one small towel rack in each bathroom. Trash from a resident moving out has been left in the breeze way for almost two weeks now. THEY ARE ALL ABOUT THE MONEY HERE! Beware
Easy to get fooled by the flash - reality is that the buildings and surrounding areas are poorly made and poorly maintained. The motto is "Live Grand" but that only relates to the the exorbitant rent you'll pay. Property managers are about the numbers, not the people. Spend a weekend here and you'll see the number of moving trucks coming in and out - revolving door. It used to be quiet which made it worth it for me - now it's groups of college students renting apartments which means loud cars, loud music and loud fighting in the middle of the night.
