The Grove at Slippery Rock

I have lived here for the last year, and I renewed for a second year. Very nice property with helpful staff and amenities like the pool and 24-hour gym.

Feel very safe, will be renewing my lease! I can't wait for the pool to open! & I hear they are remodeling the gym this month!

I have lived at The Grove for two years now and it has been such a nice experience. Office staff is very helpful and maintenance team is fast! I enjoyed the 24/7 gym a lot during living here.

I can say hands down it is the best apartment complex around campus. The front desk staff is great, when you need maintenance, they come immediately, and overall a great community. Will be living here again.

Get comfortable living. Staff is great and helpful. I lot of amenities come with a great monthly rent price. I totally recommend!!

I have lived at the Grove for about a year now and love my apartment. The property is always clean and taken care of. Community amenities are always well maintained. The new management is really helpful. They got a new gate system up and are always available to help me whenever I need something. Also, maintenance is fast to resolve issues.

the grove apartments is a great place to live. It give many options for activities to do both inside and outside. With being a college student living here is very convenient considering it is very close to campus. I definitely recommend living here!

The Grove feels like my home away from home while I attend SRU. Having a 24/7 library and gym is super convenient! The other amenities and resident events are great as well.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. The amenities like the pool and fire pit are a huge bonus! I really love how spacious the apartments are!

I have lived here for 2 years now, I am graduating this year and am definitely sad to leave. The staff is so friendly anytime I need to come into the office and the maintenance team is a great asset to the community! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for housing!

The Grove at Slippery Rock has offered myself and my roommates amazing security and that home away from home feel while going to college. There are so many opportunities to connect with other residents and get involved in the community. When I was first interested and then signing my lease everyone in the office was so professional and polite and made is super easy for me to get honest answers to questions I had. Best experience I've had with an apartment complex management and living here is all I could've asked for. I moved in, in August and I couldn't be more please with my experience here.

I loved living here. There are plenty of amenities like the 24/7 gym and pool! There is a great sense of community here and the staff is so friendly! Move in went super smooth and the apartment was perfectly cleaned!

Never live here. This is the worst management in slippery rock. Kelly does not care and will slap fines on your account and you will have to spend months arguing and sending emails to get them removed. I was not even home for months and was getting noise complaint fines. Also there has been countless armed robberies and shootings here. Management will inform you after the fact and you will get a notification from the school before you will with management. There are countless people fighting in the streets at 3 am. Residents using paintball guns in the parking lot damaging cars and management does absolutely nothing. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

The day I moved into the Grove, I was very nervous and I was stressed out about getting my keys and everything into my apartment. It turns out, I had nothing to worry about at all! When I moved in, it was during COVID, and all the staff members were wearing masks and they encouraged everyone else to wear them too. Someone greeted us at the gate and told us where to go, then someone greeted us at the stop sign to give us further instructions, then when we pulled around to the clubhouse we received our keys and a welcome bag that had everything we needed in it (pool bands, parking passes, keys, grove swag etc.). I then went to my building and started moving everything in. I brought my mom and dad with me and we had two cars together. The Grove was very helpful when I asked any questions I had throughout the day and I thought move in day overall went very smoothly.

I just moved here this semester after living in the dorms my freshman year, and I am blown away at how much of an upgrade The Grove is for such a similar price! When I originally moved in, there was even a maintenance team walking around asking if any work needs to be done, and my mom had mentioned a mark on the wall. So they came back and painted all the walls in my unit that day! I love the spacious living room, the detailed kitchen, and the beautiful individual bedrooms/bathrooms. The price is completely reasonable, and includes SO MUCH! I have already renewed my lease for next year because I love it here so much. Definitely the place to live in Slippery Rock.

The day I moved into The Grove was definitely exciting but made me very nervous as well! I brought along my Mother and Aunt when I moved in, and it was really helpful to have someone there while moving in. I enjoyed decorating my apartment to express my roommate and I's interests, as well as decorating my bedroom/bathroom. Ever since I moved in, I have been having a blast living here as well as enjoying all the amenities The Grove has to offer.

I moved in August 2020 and have loved it since. Move in day was smooth and organized. Maintenance walked around making sure we had no issues and staff was around checking in as well. And ever since, they still are just as helpful with anything you could need.

This is a great place to live! I love all of the amenities such as the pool and the 24 hour fitness center. I have become a member of such a wonderful community here!
