The Grove at Lyndon is the perfect place if you wish to be near all the conveniences yet tucked away in a peaceful suburban neighborhood. My husband and I have lived in “luxury” apartments for the last few years and they did not stand up to the quality of The Grove at Lyndon. The staff have been great and very welcoming. It's a good apartment complex for first time renters or for those living on a budget east of I-65. Maintenance and front office staff are typically very responsive to issues, and most of the residents are relatively quiet. The only downsides are the too small/old laundry machines in the apartments, the chain smokers in some of the buildings, and the distance from the apartment buildings to the trash compactor.

I think the office is responsive to your needs and concerns as well as the maintenance staff particularly Jon is the best at what he does, any issues I’ve had in my unit he has fixed. I would highly consider anyone assigned a unit to visit their unit before signing the lease to be sure you wanna be in that particular area in the complex. Regardless of the noise concerns, it’s still a great place to live. The amenities are everything you need. The maintenance is top notch. The management is becoming better, and they now address concerns a little more effectively. I definitely would still recommend this place and continue to live here.

The buildings and grounds at the Grove are well maintained year round. Both office and maintenance staff are friendly and professional. The location of the Grove is great. Access to I-264 is two minutes away. Both Oxmoor and the St. Matthews Malls are less than five minutes driving time. Thanks

Sheila and Megan in the office have been very helpful for me during my journey at the grove. They have answered and returned my calls and followed up with me on previous discussions/questions. I would say the grove is a nice place to live despite a few minor hiccups I feel I did good for my first apartment. I’m glad I have people to call and look to for help whenever I’m in need.

The Grove is perfect for a first time apartment renter! Management team makes the process easy and understandable maintenance team is always there to help you for things you might not have ever had to deal with before with maintenance in your apartment. It feels like it’s own private little neighborhood being back behind the trees and who doesn’t want a pool?

Mice
Current resident infested with house mice. Property management does not appear to be very concerned because they don’t consider this a high priority issue. They send someone over to collect the dead mice and close my work order. They have been aware of the mouse problem for over six months and I am expected to buy my own traps. I have collected ten mice in five days. They are keeping me awake scratching at the walls. I have not been able to sleep in a week.

Ive been a resident for 19 years. I like the Grove for its location and access to shopping, recreational facilities and activities. The Grove has great transport access by road to Metro Louisville within a 20 min radius, including its airport (Louisville International Airport).

The entire property has been updated. New curbings in the parking lots, new asphalt, new roofing, and I especially like our new sliding doors and screens. All staff members are friendly, courteous, and quick to respond to any situations.
