Great location for me as far as work and walmart. The community is usually quiet and safe, but at times it can be loud and the walls seem "thin".

Generally quite at night and atleast in my breeze way good people around me. The new builds took all the open fields up. The tree was so old but beautiful just ripped out like nothing. The 1 tiny pool isn't big enought for everyone and the 1 trash disposal can't keep up with lazy people.when i throw my trash away i suspended another 30mins throwing other trash away. My apt has been flooded 5x in 7 years so walls are shot n there is a pest issue that I have mentioned several times along with a water leak that's been there since I moved in. Amennetties weight room. Is ok if you don't work at Nissan I just want to sit down in a quiet cold room after 10hrs. Staff are polite n friendly and Mr.Joe best maintenance man around a true asset for this property..

I pay my rent every month in time, but I forgot this month to pay within the first 5 days and I got an email on the 6th days to ask me for the rent with extra 10% as a late fee. I asked the manager to wave the late fee as it's the first time and I came as soon as I read the email but she said I'm sorry I can't wave it. I know every office has the ability to wave the late fee at least if it's the first time but she refused. It was not a good action from her as a customer service representative and I'm sure she can wave the late fee. The customer service should be more flexible specially with the Committed people.

It was pretty quiet when I first moved in. We have had a lot of chaos move in over here. Going to the pool this summer has been scarce because several who drink and cause issues tend to be there. Office and maintenance are friendly.

It's hot out be a great time to enjoy the pool if we had one...we add 2 new super buildings what I got was low water pressure and kids running thou the lot at all hours and missing packages from front door. Rent went up but quality n amenities went down.

Pricing is too high for ran down apartments. Keep raising the prices but apartments out of date and things barely work in them. Charge you to take your own trash out and can barely even take it out its always piled all the way out to the parking lot

If you like a monthly 3 day 10am until Airbnb party take over, complete with live DJ and concert then this is the place for you. The office is closed Saturday and Sunday, so there's nothing that residents can do about the noise. For the first 3 years at the residence I would say there were no issues. But after my cousin/roommate died unexpectedly in the apartment, things went south FAST. Not only was there a big mess with the renewal of the lease, doors locked, major damage from my cousin's husband, that no one would come and look at that I had to fix myself, my car was towed, and I was made to pay over $300, because my sticker was the wrong color. I had a sticker!!!! Zero notice given. I have brought these issues up many times, with zero response, help or solution. I've never been late with rent and am I respectable, quiet tenant, but these things have made my time living here miserable. I am not a place where I can move, otherwise I will. I previously recommended Ashley Grove (the Grove) to many people, now I warn them.

I love the balcony, decorating it is fun. I like the 3 bedroom apartment layout, it is convenient and stylish. The noise level is fairly quiet but can get a bit loud on summer holidays. The staff is friendly and experienced. The upgrades are a big improvement with the repaving and marking the parking lot. Plenty of parking for residents and now visitors have closer and more parking spaces.

It's OK, close to work. I lived in the 1 bedrooms first for several years then moved to the 3 bedroom ground floor which was probably a mistake we have been flooded 7 or 8 xs...Mr. Joe has handled the mess every time and exceeds expections.

I love my unit and community. As with anything there is always room for improvement, however, my experience has been a good one. It has been a while since I have had to do apartment living, so I am giving myself some time to adjust. Coming home to this community makes me smile and I just found the basketball court. Can't wait for the pool to open.

It is very comfortable, spacious, I love it !!!has good lighting and distribution, the kitchen is quite spacious and practical. the neighbors are nice and there is good space for my dogs...

They're doing a lot to remodel the complex and it is a process. It looks nice and the new speed bumps are good. The only thing I wish they had, was something for the children, like a small playground.
