Fabulous community and a great place to call home. Any requests are fulfilled right away. Beautiful grounds and amenities. Easy parking, nice community to walk or go for a bike ride. Everyone is so friendly.
In my opinion, this is the nicest apartment complex in Mt. Pleasant. I looked at several and The Grove won hands down! The property is well kept and manicured, the amenities are stellar, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend The Grove to anyone searching for a beautiful place to call home.

We have lived here for several now. The location is great and the staff is pretty responsive when it we need questions or have service issue. We finally got new grills installed after 2 years of waiting. When it comes to showing appreciation to tenants who decide renew their lease, they should give some sort of perk for thanking them for their continued support in their business.

Wonderful place to call home. From both Althea and Ashley always making things nice to Frank making sure everything runs smoothly. Special thanks to Derrick with our onsite pest control. I have called several times last minute and the Friday prior to Easter, I called Althea around 430p and he had already left and he went out of his way to come back just to make sure everything was ok. Their are so many wonderful things about living here, but I think the people that work here are what make it so great!!!

I love the community! It's safe and clean. The office staff is awesome. And maintenance takes care of issues quickly. You're close enough to be able to walk to get coffee and the library. It's a very nice apartment.

Spring is here and everything is beautiful. The pool area has some beautiful flowers and everyone is enjoying the view and the beautiful weather. We’ve gotten some new furniture for the pool area which is really nice. I just experienced watching an Easter egg hunt, which was so cute. No complaints. Just happy about my home.

I can’t say enough great things about this place! I have been living here for almost a year and moved from here from out of state. I signed here without even seeing it and person and it did not disappoint one bit. The minute I started the leasing process, the staff made me feel so welcomed and made it such an easy process for me. Management and maintenance are great! The complex is always clean and they are always upgrading things. Also, you can’t beat the location. It is so nice being by everything we need. Stayed here with my family back in January and the guest suite was amazing! Fully furnished with coffee, washer/dryer, utensils, pots and pans and everything we needed for a week long stay. Staff was so nice and I can see why my sister has lived here for 2+ years! We will be back!
