I’ve been at The Grove for a while now and it’s honestly been a good spot. The units are clean, maintenance actually shows up when you put in a request, and the staff is pretty chill. The location is perfect for getting around Ames and the amenities are what you need — gym, laundry, all that. It’s been a smooth experience overall, definitely a solid place to live.
There are so many great amenities. I enjoy going to the clubhouse to do my homework and get a coffee! The staff are all very nice and helpful. Not only that but they have a lot of events for the residents to get free things and meet other residents. I would definitely recommend living at the grove to other people!!
My boyfriend and I went on a tour and the staff was very friendly! We loved the layout and we are planning on signing a lease to live there for next August. They also gave us free snacks!
I have loved every moment of living at the Grove. There are SO MANY community events. All of the staff are very intelligent and helpful. I am in a 3 bed/3 bath layout and think the price is perfectly fitting. The apartments are also super close to Jack Trice, so PERFECT for game days to walk right over. Maintenance is speedy, packages are ready for pickup quickly and I always feel safe living here.

I’ve lived here since August and it’s always been a good stay. I have not had any problems with management of my apartment. Staff is friendly and there is always fun events happening.

All of the staff is amazing in the front! I have recently adopted a kitten and they all are so welcoming and helpful. Alex, Jena, and all of the front desk staff are quick to answer any questions I have and love when the kitten comes to visit!

I have lived at the grove for two years now and absolutely love the community atmosphere. The community events make it feel like you’re at home while studying. I totally recommend living at the grove! The workers like Natalie Jenna and Haley do such an amazing job! They are always welcoming at the desk and ready to help.

I think the whole experience has been beneficial. There had been some issues however management has been willing to communicate and come to positive results that made both parties happy. The property has definitely some nice features to it that makes it feel cozy.

This is my third year living here and I absolutely love it!! I’m so sad to be graduating and moving away next month. The Grove is the best option by far in the area if you’re focused on money or amenities. You get huge bedrooms, walk in closets, and your own personal bathrooms. Staff is also super nice and helpful (: couldn’t recommend more

The Grove is just down the street from ISU Vet Med, there are a ton of other Vet Students here and a fun perk is that I had Morgan as a Property Manager at another location in Ames during my undergraduate years and she recently became the new manager at the Grove!

Grove is very close to Jack Trice Stadium. Iowa State has some of the best tailgating in the country. Great amenities, fun pool, always doing resident events. Just under new management. Very happy with the future of the Grove. I would recommend to all of my friends looking for housing.

The Grove Ames is a great place to live during your college years. The CyRide is right out front, and there are so many great amenities! The Coffee Bar and free donuts Fridays are the best! Not to mention the super helpful office staff! I would highly recommend these apartments.

The grove has been my home for three years now! The staff is super friendly and always answer all of my questions. Work orders are done in good time, and if there’s any issues they’re awesome with communication. They text/email updates and when they’re done fixing any issues. They have resident events frequently too, as well as giveaways on their social media- so I always enjoy those! Definitely recommend!

The Grove is within walking distance to Jack Trice Stadium, very close to HyVee and the new strip mall with Home Goods, TJ Maxx, and Old Navy. The office staff is so welcoming, and the amenities are amazing! I love that they have a pool and do frequent resident events!
