Property Ratings at The Grove Apartments
I lived here for a year. The office staff is nice, but I cannot stress enough how INFESTED this place is with German cockroaches. (Glue traps were reset by myself about every 2-3 days & were full each time) I am a very clean person for reference & I had to call the office many times during my stay to deep-critter clean the apartment. (Which the office did at no cost to me, but it was not effective each time). For the remaining 8 months of my lease term, I could not keep ANYTHING in the pantry, cabinets, or drawers. I had to store all of my things in large air tight bins in the living room :/ there were roaches everytime you opened a drawer, or turned the lights on at night. For the price of rent, I was very disappointed.
I have lived here for four months now I remember when this place was a dump!! Of course bad management will ruin anything !! However the place is wonderful now!! Yes the staff is awesome and very kind !! On top of there establishment!! The Manager here dose not play when she has to act on a problem she dose so we can live in the decent and quite place we live a very clean!! Sorry for you negative sally people give them a try again with her because you must have Encountered bad management!! She is awesome thanks for all you do in keepIng us safe and in a very clean and a quite place to live!! Awesome environment Leda your awesome!! And your staff are just as awesome!! The Lopez family!!

I have lived here a year now and not one negative experience. Anytime I goto the leasing office everyone is super nice and professional. I had an issue with my AC and maintenance came five minutes after I called....WOW never had that happen anywhere else in all my years renting else where. I don't think its fair to call Oak Grove a trap I think it's fair to say check this place out for yourself you won't regret it. This complex is quiet and conveniently located and their rental rates are fair.
4 minutes ago I was a resident of this apartment community. From november 30 2018 to February 1 2019. Very unprofessional managment especially the current office manager ..poor managment. Apartments was cover with fresh paint and new appliances dont fall for it ..i will keep continue putting negative reviews everywhere i can so other good citizens don't fall in this trap then you have to get out of your lease and have headache.. I'm a professional individual with managment experiences i do not recommended this location to live in. If you guys fall for it you will always remember this message
Despite being located right in front of I275 and the constant noise and scary residents, I semi-enjoyed living here the 1st year but recently my car was towed overnight over an alleged "flat tire" and I was charged almost $300 to get it back. I was not given any notice and I was in an authorized parking spot. I am a full time single father of 2, I pay my rent on time every month and I am already struggling to make ends meet but to be penalized a fee 40% my rent over an issue I had no control over is unfair. Sadly, because of the new predatory tow company they contract with I highly recommend anyone avoids living here. The only thing I like about the place is Leida, she is awesome.
Had to wait 3 days without A/C after notifying to the office. What a good service!!!

I have lived here for a year now and I moved in because the office staff (specifically Ms. Leida) was awesome! (And they also allowed my doberman). They maintenance staff is incredible and always friendly as well. I love the dog park here. It's quiet and pretty neighborhood. The playground is looking rough however.
I can't speak for anyone else in the neighborhood, but I can say that i love my apartment! It is cute, cozy, spacious, affordable, and in a great location. Oak grove Apartments is under new management, and as far as im concerned they are doing an awsome job.
my apartment complex it not all great. wished I had washer and dryer hook up, also I live in the first floor when it rains my balcony fills up with water.. wished my apartment was bigger. rent goes up to much..... wish you guys can help me, also only person working in the house hold makes me difficult to pay rent and all the utilities......
