Property Ratings at The Greens at Broken Arrow I, II,III, and IV
Management sucks, and there's this stench of sewer on property especially during Winter. I do not and would not recommend this place to anybody. Appliances are outdated so they malfunction a lot.
Its a great location, quick maintenance staff, and nice front office people. only thing I dont like is thin walls.
Apartments are nice enough..... walls are thin. Do your research before signing a lease. None of the rules in the lease are enforced, unless it is about $$$. Mgt. Changes frequently.
The Greens at BA are a great place to say if you're moving out from your parents or solely looking for something of good quality, yet affordable. It's a pretty quiet area, maintenance was punctual with any requests I put in, plenty of parking, and rent is cheap enough that it doesn't bring down the quality of the property. Typically super cheap places are in rougher areas of town. This is not the case. They also have in-unit washer and dryer which is nice. I give a 4 star because I think there's a lot of minor things that could be fixed to make the complex look more appealing. The lighting outside is very dim, and at night you may feel uneasy walking to your car or to your apartment. In the area I lived, the landscaping was done poorly, the grass area was not grass. It was a mix of mud, rocks, and random brick pieces in the ground. The mail boxes are also of cheap quality. It never fails that a few mail boxes would be wide open with mail in them. Some advice, if you have the option to select a unit... do NOT choose a unit that's in the middle of two others. Your bedroom window is in the common area and you can hear everything that's going on outside. The units are nice overall, but could use some updates on faucets and the counters in Phase 1.They're extremely outdated.
The first day I moved in April 2017 to roaches greeting me at the door. When I complained to the office they looked at me crazy and said they would put me on the list. It took two weeks for them to come spray. The roach problem didn't get better because they will not spray the whole building. I complain to the corporate office but I still haven't seen anybody spray the whole building. I am the only one in my building that is on the list to spray every week. I know this because they stick a paper on your door. If there is a roach problem automatically every apartment in that building should be sprayed every week. I don't care for any of the staff including the manager. The apartment is cheap and it does come with washer/dryer but everything is so old and looks like it is falling apart. When my lease is up in October I am getting out of here. I rather pay more for a nice apartment without roaches, good parking and friendly staff. Don't move here unless you have to.
Wouldn't even give one star, honestly! Parking is terrible, our neighbors are dirty and messy, and nobody cares. My boyfriend has to park 5 buildings down some nights! Forget mentioning that to the office or even cooperate, they don't care about their residents. The ladies in the office are terribly rude and dismissive. I had one of them laugh at me while I was trying to speak to her about the parking problem. Frustrated, I called cooperate, which was a huge mistake. I had one representative YELL at me, and another told me, and I quote, "it wasn't her job to provide good customer service!" Anywhere is better than this place. Customer service is terrible from the bottom, all the way up to the top. Take your money somewhere else.
I have lived here for a year and can say it's a great property and price. Some of the office staff can come across rude but the maintenance team is courteous and get work done promptly. The apartments are overall a nice size, lots of closet space , plus a washer and dryer. Beautiful golf course views from the back apartments along with a clubhouse. It's the best deal on Broken Arrow !!!!!
The Greens are very comfortable apartments. They are close enough to town to be convenient but far enough away to be quiet. During the warmer months there is a small spider problem but mostly on the stair wells and porch (common area). The gym is sparse but equipt enough for a general workout. The staff is very nice and very quick to attend to any problem that may occur. Overall it is a pleasant place to live.
I moved here from Chicago in 2013. All I had to go by were the pictures on the company website, and I was a little apprehensive. When I walked in to my apartment for the first time I could not believe how fortunate I was to get this apartment. It is bigger than the one I had in Chicago, and over $200 a month cheaper! I have everything I need in the apartment. Microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer are all included, and you cannot beat the response time to maintenance problems. Anytime I've had a problem, one of the maintenance crew members comes by the same day to rectify the problem. The grounds are well kept and it is very peaceful living here. I really am happy to live here.
